The hotel’s design is simply breathtaking and adds a truly special touch to the stay. From the stylish decor to the thoughtful details, it’s aesthetically a dream! The tranquil surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay truly unforgettable. Gallicantu is a place where you can escape the everyday stress. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. No matter what questions or requests we had, they were always there to help. Marco, the owner, provided us with great tips and was dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

A PERFECT holiday - 5+ STARS! Marco and his team have created a truly special experience at Gallicantu, and even after 7 nights, we were not ready to leave. Beautiful property, incredible views, amazing food, comfortable rooms (we could see Corsica from our window!), warm service, and general tranquility, we couldn't have loved it more.

Nothing. It was perfect. We would've taken one of the cats home with us if they would've let us though - Gelsomino is so precious :)

The location is just perfect, quiet, relaxing, atmospheric yet within easy access of towns, restaurants and places to explore. Mario, the owner, is a delight and has created the most wonderful retreat where you can truly immerse yourself in the wonders of the Sardinian countryside whilst still enjoying the most beautiful facilities for an exceptional stay.

The property was perfect, I cannot wait to go back and visit again.

Beautiful resort! I’m so glad we participated in the dinner tasting menu based on the traditional Sardinian cuisine. The food was delicious! We also enjoyed the cooking class and wine tasting. Marco was the best!

Maybe rent a car?

The hotel is just beautiful. So thoughtful and comfortable. Perfectly aligned with nature. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. The pillows were good as well. The shampoo and conditioner were great and so were the pool towels.

It was a bit hard to carry the luggage to the room as the car has to stay outside in the parking, and the road is made of small stones. The breakfast was not so rich and not so tasty and there were many bees hanging out in the breakfast hall. The shower can improve a bit in the aspect of the water bouncing out and making half the bathroom wet. The tasting menu for dinner was expensive and we did not try it. The location of the hotel is not ideal if you are looking to enjoy the beach, as we were. If you want to stay in and see the proximate area it is good for that. Also not many culinary options in the area and we were warned that while driving at night you can encounter boars in dark toads, which is dangerous.

Amazingly renovated / built properly in the ground of an historical farmhouse. Beautiful modern rooms incorporating old elements from the original place. Excellent tasting Sardinian menu every night. Very relaxing pool with complementary supply of water and ice cream ! Lovely, very caring and attentive owners & staffs.

The service could be a bit lore efficient during breakfast and dinner. But the property opened really recently so that might improve as the staff find their ground. The property is quite isolated in the countryside so going out for dinner etc. requires quite a long drive in narrow, winding roads.

As soon as arriving the lovely path that leads to the main property, welcomed us to a slice of heaven nestled in the most charming and beautiful escape. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome from the owner kind Marco and the delightful Raffaela are truly unmatched, to the pool, the meals we enjoyed and the attention to detail. A hidden gem! I wish to stay longer next visit. Until next time!

This place is so magical and beautiful. From the moment we arrived we immediately felt home by the warm welcome of Marco. It is a perfect place to relax and slow down. Above that, the interior is very well designed and unique in its kind. in addition to that, little details like the treasure hunt are genuienly thought and it gives an even more insight of the property and it’s history. Nothing was amazing!

Everything was fantastic, beautifully designed hotel, incredible homemade local food for a reasonable price, and the owners were very welcoming and lovely. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Toiletries could have been better quality and there was no hair conditioner. Quite a few mosquitos / wasps around so should have brought bug spray / would have been nice to have it there. Location is great as long as you have a car (wasn’t an issue for us).
