Realy proper breakfast

Location hard to reach without a car, poor location for those who travels by bus or train.

Great location and a great hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection and friendly staff who went above and beyond our expectations to provide us with an amazing experience overall. We were struggling to get from the hotel to the city as the busses had been cancelled so the hotel owners husband went out if his way to drive me and my friend and whilst doing so, let us stop to take photos and point out certain landmarks around lake Como. Very exceptional service from this hotel.

Location was slightly far from the bellagio, much too far to walk but when the busses were running this was not an issue

Everything. The place is like a fairy tale. The room was small but it was the cutest room ever we have been. The location is extremely scenic. The hosts were too much generous and cooperative. Last but not the least, the breakfast for 7€ was like 70€+ amount and quality was good. In Europe I don’t think you get so much of food for 7€ per person. If you stay here then plan for a longer period. It’s worthy as a peaceful long vacation destination. You must have a car here or else must go through the bus schedules here properly, otherwise you may have to rent taxi which is quite expensive.

The most wonderful hosts / owners were so so kind to us. They even have us a ride to town and back when there was no bus. The breakfast is wonderful! Beautiful meats and salamis with fresh crossings, coffee, fruit. The breakfast is AMAZING value. Especially if you are a tourist who likes a savoury breakfast (can be hard to find in Italy). The hotel is even better then the photos with lovely gardens and views out the window. I will be recommending to all my friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Loved everything! It is quite high in the hills and no bus on Sunday- you may need to take a taxi 15mins into town.

This was the perfect location, high in the mountains only 15 mins from Bellagio but away from the crowds and heat of the day. We booked a family room and studio which was spacious and both fitted 10 of our family. Great value in the area. Enjoyed the balcony in the room and enjoyed very little mosquitoes even with windows open. The family and staff were so kind even giving us a birthday cake and juice when they heard it was our daughters birthday. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home.

So happy with my accommodation for 3 nights in Hotel ll Nibbio . Staff were so friendly and obliging, lovely breakfast included. Large room, Bus stop next door quite regularly (but take note of bus returning from Bellagio, only 3 or 4 per day and Sundays less or none running) Thank you again ladies, would definitely love to come back

Hotel is very easy to find. The hotel itself is clean, with a perfect location, with beautiful patio everything is as described. Communication is also very smooth. Highly recommended everyone who is looking for a place to stay! Thank you

Parking. We arrived at 22:00 and had a hard time finding parking. So we needed to wake up very early to move our car

Location was great. Just 15 minutes away from Bellagio. Free parking at couple of places.

Just two restaurants around the location for dinner and everything was full… need to reserve in advance. Also very noisy showers and if you go to bed early you can hear everyone showering. Thin walls

This was a much needed stop along my way from Bellagio, and, it was a great value as well. Clean, comfortable, beautiful windows that opened to the morning air and sunlight, quiet, right off the road (easily accessible), a nice small breakfast. Even though my italian is not so good, the host she was so kind and made me feel everything was easy. Thank you for the stay!

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out process. Breakfast was a very simple buffet. Well located and quiet. No issues with my stay.

The shower wasn't enclosed super well leading to lots of water getting around. Not a problem though if you don't keep anything right beside the shower.
