Reception, Restaurant is in great condition. Staff is great and polite and helpful. Menu and food at restaurant is great.

Parts of the hotel needs maintanance to gain top review. Bubble bath in basement is broken and in old condition. Toilet in our room was falling appart. small tiles are falling or have falled of in pool. So overall feels like maintenance outside reception/restaurant area needs some attention.

Stylish and beautiful hotel in Marina di Pietrasanta, with exceptional service and good location. The hotel pool was lovely and it is only a short walk to the beach or local restaurants. A car is needed for visiting the Forte Dei Marmi area, but the hotel has car parking on site. The hotel organised access to PrimaVera beach club, which was also excellent; friendly, stylish and only a short walk.

Convenient location with relatively not many guests.

The size of rooms could be a bit bigger especially for the family with 2 kids.

The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful, friendly and could all speak English which was great as I have very little Italian. The sea views were a bonus.

I really couldn't fault anything

Breakfast is plentiful. However, it is not self-service. You eat as much as you can. Soft remarks, they think you don’t understand what they’re sayi g. 2 shops, few boutiques, quiet evening life. Otherwise a clean environment. Best receptionist Donatella. 10/10!!!!! Patient, kind, helpful, smilling. Thank you for treating us as a Person!

There was a problem on arrival. I understand the concept of a deluxe room, but they are misleadingly advertising the teracce/balcony. We got a separate part of the house by the fence. The teracce had 2 steps. The main building is further away , imposing. So it’s like you’re a porter in a renovated house with + 3 families. If you don’t know Italian, you have no connection, you lost... We were lucky, thank you to booking cuszomer service! We traveled 1380 kilometers. The price of accomodation with breakfast is more than that/ 10 day.They write on their own beach. This is not true. I pay 75 / 100 euros and there is no place evers day. They are redirected to another location. Either you are lucky or you are not.

restaurant, breakfast and rooms all amazing. Location was superb. Staff were so helpful and knowledgable.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but as soon as we raised this, the staff provided a kettle, cups, tea and coffee.

The swimming pool was great and the rooms lovely and spacious.

The size of the room is ok for us. Our room was next to the maintenance room therefore we could hear noise when some one was in that room: taking something out or moving things. The flow of people getting the food/drinks in the breakfast room could be improved.

The bicycle, that we had, were very old and made noises. For 10 EUR a day, we expected a better bike condition.
