- very comfortable king size bed - huge room with high ceilings, large clean bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space - flexible check-in and checkout using keycode - perfect location with the castle right at your doorstep, 15min walk to Duomo, and nearby public transport - charming building with old style lift and rooms overlooking the traditional Milanese courtyard

- shared kitchen was nice to have but not regularly restocked (beverages, forks)

This is a historic, almost 200- year old property with the unique charm you get from this history. At the same time, it's completely outfitted with modern decor and amenities, like the coffee-maker, electric kettle, digital temperature control, window darkening drapery, modern bathroom with towel warmer, rain shower, hair dryer, a digital safe, digital entry locks to the property, the floor and the room. Inside, the feel is warm and welcoming, quiet and serene. The staff was incredibly helpful, on-site during the day and via text all day long, super responsive. You cannot get a better location! Amazing views of the Castle, incredibly safe. I would totally recommend.

I wish it had a full length-mirror. Also, maybe an iron.

Obviously nothing can beat the location, but the place itself leaves you satisfied, it's accessible, it's comfortable, there are complementary snacks and cold beverages provided, it's clean and It's equipped with everything for a short stay. We were working so another plus was the presence of many sockets throughout the room. And one more thing—they absolutely nailed the choice of home fragrance! The entire place smelled amazing, adding to the overall experience

For our short stay, we had no complaints! :) Just a small suggestion for future guests: make sure to request a room with a castle view. We forgot, and it was a bit of a pity to be staring at an inner courtyard while being right in front of the city's second biggest landmark.

The location was great. We were right across from the park and walking distance to the Duomo. So easy to walk to the places we wanted to visit and close to the Metro station. The staff was so great!

Spacious rooms, very accommodating staff. Fantastic location, close to Brera district for bars/restaurants, short walk to the city centre where the Duomo di Milano resides. Beautiful building.

Entry was a bit confusing for some other guests, we were able to get in fine. Ensure you receive your PIN ahead of time.

Location and cleanness plus safety and kind staff. We requested taxi early morning to go to the airport. My partner was a little anxious at the beginning about communication with Whatsapp. But when we went out at 5:20, the driver was already there! Thank you so much for being responsible! The place is inside of the big brown gate. Go up to the second floor that is labelled as 1st. Using the same keypad number to access the gate, the door to-the guest house and your room. Believe or not, it works so well.

The floor was a little squeaky but the other things were all great.

The location is the best in Milan in my opinion

. The location is outstanding, walking distance to the centre of town/Duomo, and 2 minute walk from the metro which is extremely convenient. The place is extra clean and the staff are outstanding , friendly and very helpful. Beds are very comfortable, and there is a fridge in the room with some water, soft drinks and beer, all free of charge. I can only praise this place and highly recommend it. No breakfast served at the guest house itself, but they do provide a 20% discount card to a really nice place for breakfast located just around the corner

Everything was fantastic Superb location very close to all the sights It is quiet and comfortable and large We came across a pop up bar straight across the road from the front door We hadn’t noticed earlier in the day but it was very popular and the drinks were half the price compared to some of other places We had exceptional communication from the hotel and entering was a breeze They also let us store our luggage after checkout as we had a late flight

Perfect location and immaculately clean room. The staff were kind and informative. He helped us so much with taxi reservation. One challenging thing was to find the person even during the day time. But whatsapp responses were quick and helpful.

I had to cancel one room due to family emergency but they did not allow late cancellation, as expected. But it was sad to pay more than the usual price. I thought I would get a better deal by reserving it early. I paid for about 440 euros for two rooms several months ago whereas the app price was much lower close to my visit.
