Very friendly staff, who always greet you with a smile. Perhaps, communication in English could be better, but it was not a huge issue. The room itself and the bathroom gets cleaned every day. Air conditioning worked great as well, without it, it would be impossible to survive. Wi-Fi is free, speed is good enough. Even though the hotel is quite a bit away from the center of Milan, there are 2 bus stops and a train station nearby, so getting to the city center was always easy (maybe a 20min bus ride). A lot of places to eat nearby and since it's not the city center the prices are very adequate. (keep in mind that they have siesta and they close for a few hours mid day).

Maybe the bathroom could use some renovation. Rooms look quite old-fashioned, but it has it's own vibe.

The room was quite big, everything was working and cleaned. The weather was rather unstable the day we had to check in so we reach the hotel when it was not raining, which was almost two hours before the agreed time for the check in (and before the official time range for the check in), and the staff was so kind to arrange our room in less than ten minutes, even though they were already very busy. As for the location, we manage to use the public transportation both days of our stay: since the hotel is in a university area, there were a lot of buses and train. We manage to seat down in the bus all the time, since they become packed only at subsequent stops, which was very convenient.

The hotel is well connected by traffic to the city. I slept well, the pillow suited me, normally I sleep on my stomach and have a problem with big pillows, it was really comfortable here. The staff is very friendly and they fulfilled all our requests. The towels are change every day.

Breakfast is not buffet-style, for breakfast we had croissants and, if I'm not mistaken, some cake that I haven't tried. Also coffe, wather and jucie. I would suggested this hotel if you are not gurman

-The room was located on the first floor and other people could look inside so the curtains had to be closed at all time -shower head was crooked so water was coming out in different directions and pressure hahaha but it was manageable :)

The hotel room is neat and clean, the bathroom had all the necessary things. It's nice that the room was located next to the terrace, so it was possible to sit outside in the evening. Breakfast is simple "Italian" - coffee, croissant and juice.

Very friendly stuff. Close to the centre. Next to train stop. Penny market,small caffeterias with great coffee, food and clothes market,kebab and pizza restaurant, pharmacy all close. Rooms very clean, cleaned every day.

Street below the room quite loud at night - difficult to sleep. It was not possible to set the fridge temperature, all the food froze.However, fridge in the colleague's room was ok.

The property was out of Milan but near the stadium we had to go for a concert so it was perfect for us. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and willing to help as much as possible with whatever we needed. We had a woman’s crisis and were in need of period pads and the girl at the reception asked every stuff member till she found some! Her gesture was highly noted and very appreciated.

I thought it was great value for money and had all the things I needed.

I will say that the walls aren’t super soundproof so you can hear people out in the hall and the sound of the pipes from other rooms.

The hotel was near Bovisa, our destination. The room was large enough, warm floor, quite but functional air conditioning for warming, clean sheets, shirt hanger, ample towel, bide.

Warm water took some time to reach the shower, but it got warm eventually
