The location is amazing. The room was perfect for one person. The staff was very responsive. Very new clean and chic.

I was happy with everything. There was not enough hot water when I washed my hair so no long showers here. I had to turn the water off in between shampooing. During a regular shower I learned the first day that there is no dallying in the shower. If you had someone with you the new room would not work, but I was alone so it was ok. The reason being the bathroom is glass and from the bed area you can see everything in the bathroom. If you were with someone they can see you brushing your teeth and worst of all, they can see everything you are doing on the toilet, so no, if you are with someone room 202 is not for you.

Francisco is the best! He was very kind and helpful, always available to assist and made us feel taken care of.

Bathroom needed a bit more cleaning, but everything else was fine.

The location was great, next to Tricolore subway station, beautiful and quiet area, nice building, nice overall decor. The staff wasn’t there all the time, only at check in and when called, but responded promptly when an issue with the AC encountered. Also I’ve asked for an iron for my linen clothes and I was pleasantly surprised to find it in my room upon my check in.

I was a bit afraid because the door at the property was automatic and no one was there and we had the first room on the first floor. Nothing really happened, but I was a bit anxious though because I had a constant feeling that any time someone could just come at the door during the night. Maybe a door with a code will be better. The room was ok, not as beautiful as the ones in the pictures, but I guess it was because it was a standard room.

Everything was OK: the room is very large and the bathroom comfortable. The host was very helpful and his assistant, who helped us with the luggage, extremely friendly and courteous. Most important in Milan: there is a public underground parking thirty meters away: not very useful in work hours, but in the evening or in the night you find surely a parking lot. There is a new access to the underground nearby so one can take it and reach a lot of destinations in the town. The district is fine, plenty of restaurants [a bit overpriced].

A lady traveling alone and lodging there should take care in the night because near to the site there is a charity where a large number of clandestine and often drunken north-African immigrants gathers for free food, harassing the women who pass by. However this is typical of Milan nowadays, and is not the host's fault.

The location is perfect, loads of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. It feels like a cool residential area with chilled local eateries (turning left out of the hotel), as well as more diverse "hipster" options (if you turn right). There is a beautiful gelateria and lovely cafe on the corner of the street, and a walk to the city centre takes only 25 minutes. To go elsewhere you can easily take trams from the Tricolore station which is a 5 min walk away. There is also a supermarket about two blocks away, which is convenient for water and snacks etc. The area felt safe and the hotel was lovely and clean, our room was huge, and I loved the black out blinds! Also, huge thanks to the lovely and helpful concierge who was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us (I didn't catch his name, but he told us he was originally from Ghana). I would definitely stay here again when in Milan.

Nice big rooms , 1 bedroom with one Queen bed and one sofa bed. Living room with kitchen including a fridge, washing machine, coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, wc and sink.

Location ok but not on main metro line into the Centre of Milan. As long as you don’t mind walking you will be fine. Not such fun when it is raining or after midnight when public transport stops. Taxis are sooo expensive here. Price shoots up at peak times which seems to be often!

It is a cozy and beautiful small hotel near to the center of Milan. There is an underground parking nearby, which is almost empty if one arrives in the evening. The reception is assured 24/7: the gentleman responsible for it was very helpful, friendly and polite. Many small restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was extremely large with respect to the Milan standard, and the bathroom well equipped and crystal clear.

Definitively the bed was too short (I am rather tall but not a giant). Sleeping in it was not very comfortable. It is a rather expensive accommodation although it is "value for money".

La Chambre Milano was very cozy and clean with a very friendly staff. I booked 2 rooms this trip and this follows my previous stay about a week earlier when I also booked 2 rooms. During the course of our two visits to the hotel, we stayed in 4 of the hotel’s 7 rooms. Each have a unique layout and are quite spacious for a boutique hotel and exceptionally clean. Room #7 was huge, with a separate leather sofa and mini kitchen. The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk to the Duomo so it’s close enough to the main sites and shopping of Milan yet far enough to avoid the hordes of tourists near the city center. Both stays we were given early check-ins for one room, which allowed us to freshen up and store our luggage. There are 2 restaurants and a Gelato store just across the hotel and all 3 of the establishments were very good. I would like to thank staff member Francisco, who was very friendly and accommodated our needs as best as possible.

The doors to the shower are hard to close at the exact positions so water tends to leak out onto the bathroom floor. For people that have difficulty with stairs, pls note the property does not have an elevator.

The room was really clean and a great location. Easy to get to from the airport and a small walk into the city centre.

The only issue was that the room was extremely hot and the fan/AC system did not work when we tried to turn it on. We did consider going and speak to someone that worked there but they were quite hard to reach as they didn’t always have someone sat at reception

very homely on a nice and quiet block. we booked two rooms for my family so the smaller size of the hotel ensured our rooms were close to each other. Some nice non-touristy restaurants nearby.

front desk not always manned and a little bit of a language issue with English. sometimes felt the walk to the Central Duomo area was far (it’s a 20-min walk)
