The location of the hotel is excellent, we walked from it or used the tram. The room is very comfortable and cozy. The staff is attentive. My son and I got to the hotel around twelve at night. The bartender (the hotel's counter is located in the bar in the same building) escorted us to the room, as the hotel staff was no longer there. And despite the fact that the kitchen was already closing, we were fed. Thank you so much for your attention. The bar room is very beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows. It's nice to have breakfast here.

I would highly recommend Living Suites to anybody, especially younger people. Although the hotel is located in an urban area with a a dozen bars and restaraunts around, the sound is definitely muted and unnoticeable when you are in your room. The hotel location is ideal, the rooms are big and very clean, and very new and upkept.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the reservation said breakfast included, and for breakfast we had a crossoint, choice od juice and a choice of a warm beverage. Definitely not a realy hotel breakfast!

The suite was conspicuously clean, very large and stylishly furnished. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, if "only" an Italian breakfast with brioche, cappuccino and orange juice. But for Milan, of course, appropriate.;) Living Suites is perfectly located. Only 1 min walk to the nearest tram station, directly at the park with a view through the trees to the Arco della Pace. On foot you are within 15-20 minutes at the Duomo.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Perfect for a city trip.

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of a beautiful and lively area, not far from a green setting. We appreciated the decoration, the calm despite the window overlooking the street, and the staff. We couldn't have our last breakfast, and we were offered a complimentary aperitif in exchange. It was very nice of them. The breakfast is plentiful.

A bit of refreshing (paint and shower) for the bathroom would be nice, but it’s not really the essential part of the stay. Everything else was great.

Lovely location right at the Parco Sempione and easy to get to from Malpensa via Milano Cadorna train station which is about 13 minutes walk away. An American style breakfast was served in the wine bar downstairs and was absolutely delicious. An unexpected bonus was the vouchers for a complementary drink at the bar. The room had everything we needed with no outside noise and we felt very comfortable and grateful for having found such a gem. Thank to Fabrizio and team for making this a very memorable stay.

Even through there is a lot of construction goin on within the Hotel it was a nice place to stay. The location is really hard to beat. the rooms are nice and quaint. The overall price for the room for what you get is good as I think this is a Hotel on the rise and will be better down the road.

Though maybe not a big deal but we thought was strange is there was no clear indication of the Hotel or its name anywhere. Thankfully we researched the area and realized is located above the Bar/Restaurant itself. There is no clear check in location and we had to ask someone where we go and we were told "just go see that guy". Check in was at 3pm which is later that most any hotel and we ended up leaving our bags in the restaurant so we could make the most of the day. We were concerned about that but they were ok in the end. The Breakfast is in the restaurant itself but only at 8 not 7 like most places. They issue you a voucher which is a solid idea to be fair, but we were told we would be issued a new voucher but never were!!!

We loved the location right opposite Arch of Peace and Sempione park. Really chilled comfortable bar / cafe downstairs which served THE most amazing complimentary a’la carte breakfast with enough food to feed a king. Waffles, scrambled eggs, danishes, freshly squeezed juices, ham toasties, fresh cereals, coffee. The room had leafy views over the park and double glazed windows so very quiet being on the 1st floor with cafe/bar underneath. The room is not 5 star but we didn’t pay for a 5 star hotel. it was perfectly suitable for our needs for 3 days exploring Milan. Escooter and e- bikes available to ride through park to Duomo but also walked on occasion. We would definitely stay here again. It was nice to be in a leafy area and get away from hustles and bustle of the Duomo area.

Be mindful entrance / lobby to accomodation currently going through renovation and I’m sure will look wonderful when complete thought a little unsightly at present (July 2023) This however didn’t deter us because the location was fabulous and we stayed on a weekend so no construction noise apparent.

Loved my stay; really clean, comfortable and stylish room in a historic building positioned in a quiet area away from any main roads benefitting from a great view. Friendly and welcoming bar downstairs, staff very helpful and efficient.

Metal table and chairs outside the bar dragged in noisily at 11pm and 07:15am each morning disturbed my sleep. TV not working.

The staff were incredible. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive/accommodating. Located in a beautiful area, a 15 minute walk through a scenes park to Central Milan's Basilica, shopping, restaurants etc The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Modern decoration, lovely atmosphere and very clean. Very secure and quiet. There was renovation/building work taking place on the outside of the hotel and plenty of notification given aswell as a complimentary round of drinks and a delicious sharing platter. This is definitely one of the best stays I've ever had, anywhere, while being some bit well travelled Grazie

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. The only single drawback of the entire stay.

LIVING SUITES is rather a premium "Bed & Breakfast" (BnB) than an hotel. If you don't pay attention to a very light and only symbolic breakfast, but appreciate the extremely perfect and premium location in one of the most elaborate districts of Milan. The rooms are very nice and offer a high end view, being very stylish and cozy. Reports regarding the presumably "noisy" bar downstairs and the construction site in the stairway can't be confirmed. There is a kind of eternal construction site, but no noise. There is very good WLAN and Smart TVs. The bar serves as check in / check out desk, offers "breakfast" and welcome drinks.

Breakfast is rather symbolic. Maybe the only flip side. Don't rely on the breakfast, better skip it. We had to do very early check-out at 10:30 a.m. on a Friday morning, unfortunately. But after complaint check-out got "prolonged" until 11:00 a.m.
