I am sorry to say that pratically all my money and bank cards were stolen on my very first day in Milan, I really wish to thank from the bottom of my heart all the hotel staff and in particularly Signora Jana. I really cannot thank her enough for all her support, help and understanding during these really difficult times. She really jis such a wonderful human being, The fact that I am diabetic had a tremendous negative effect on my health. I am really touched and I will be eternally grateful to Signora Jana- the world needs more people like her- Thank you so much - GRAZIE MILLE

When I came to the hotel, I immediately saw a friendly staff. The owner of the hotel didn’t speak English but the people working in the hotel were ready to help me with the translation as they were from Georgia and Ukraine. I was given the sleepers at the same time I asked for them. I was given the bottle of water too (but you can easily drink it from the water-tap). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no teapot and fridge in the room but I could make some tea at the kitchen. The breakfast was nice and the senora offered me the variety of things and prepared a cup of coffee on my taste. The location was great as well. It was nearby the bus and subway stops (5-7 mins on foot) so I could easily come to the city center. I’ve enjoyed my stay and if you are a solo traveler and don’t like staying in dorms, I highly recommend you this hotel!

I would definetly recommend this hotel for short staying in Milano! a warm welcome from host, quick check-in, hard-working housekeeping. Breakfast included (yougurt, brioches, fresh coffee, some fruits). The room is clean, freshly painted, you have everything you need, comfy bed. Location is fine, not noisy, close to public transport, approx 20 min to the centre.

It was only 10 minutes walk from underground.i had my own keys so able to go and come back when i wanted.staff were very welcoming, helpful and relaxed.Room was very clean.

It was noisy in evening until midnight.i think it was external noise from nearby flats. Breakfast was rather late for me at 8 and was rather limitecd to croissants and apples

Have just returned to the UK having spent a long weekend in Milan, Italy. Hotels in Milan for the weekend of our visit were very expensive and few available at a respectable price due to Milan fashion week. After many searches on various web sites I found My Hotel Milano was available and in a area where the central tourist sites were either a metro, bus or walk away. Once booked I contacted the hotel directly as we were not going to be arriving until 00.30 hrs of the morning. This was absolutely no issue and being a family run hotel they gave me a procedure where the front door entrance key was left in a secure location at the hotel. Inside the key safe was the procedure to gain access and locate our room key in the reception area. Once inside the hotel our room key was available to collect from the un-manned reception desk and a description of the procedure to get to our room and times for breakfast. Regarding the room we had was a double room with en-suite shower cubicle. Shower gel and hand wash was available for use and were of a good quality. The room had a safe and plenty of space to either hang clothes within a wardrobe or place clothes in draws. There was a desk and chair in the corner along with a tv for use. I can’t comment on the tv as we did not use it during our stay. The breakfast was a continental breakfast and everything was fresh and tasty. Coffee and tea was readily available and during the day or night you could help yourself to either hot or cold drinks from the restaurant area. As for the location of the hotel, as I said earlier, it is very close to both bus and metro stops. They are within walking distance, bus approximately 2 minutes & metro is approximately a 10 minute walk in a very safe suburban area. There are a variety of restaurants within a 10 minute walking radius of the hotel and the ones we visited were excellent. Finally a special mention should be given to Milena and her mother.

The Manager of the Hotel is an adorable lady who acted like a mom to me for 2 days. It is only a couple minutes walk to the Subway. I highly recommend it for solo travellers. Fresh baked goods every morning and coffee made with love. The bathroom was outside of my room but that was fine it is just one of those things you have to understand about travelling.

Very nice, helpful and professional owner. The hotel is very clean. Value for price, and this was good for our pockets 😄 If you look for modern design is not what you are looking for, but it is a really good place with breakfast - delicious croissants in all sorts, coffee straight to the table and many other snacks. We loved the atmosphere and vibe.

The staff are very friendly! Even walk out and show us the way when we ask her about some destination. Haha. It is too bad I forgot to tell them I will leave super early and dint say my thanks n goodbye to them. 😅 Anyway thanks from here !

The staff was enchanting. They are so friendly and dedicated. Loved my time there.
