4 Star Hotel with 5 Star service. Everybody was very attentive. We have been traveling with a dog. This is sometimes a little challenging. This Hotel was perfectly prepared with dog bed, treats, toys, notification signs at the door for the room service etc. The Dog was able to join us for breakfast and dinners so we didn't need to leave him in the room. It didn't feel like a hassle for anyone of the personell and also made our (and the dogs) trip very relaxed. We are looking forward to be back next time we are in Milano.

Due the winter time the outside pool and rooftop bar where closed - what is totally understandable. Since the weather was very nice during our stay, it would have been nice to access the roof anyway for drinks and some sun. It also would have been nice to have a Spa as alternative for the closed pool.

The hardness of the bed could be softer for lighter weight people.

The hotel its self was beautiful on the outside and well as the inside. The lobby during the evening was very nice and peaceful, and the rooftop bar upstairs was a sun trap during the day and a great place to relax during the evening. The staff were very attentive and always made sure we was happy and always helpful when asked questions about the local area or how to get to places. Also the rooms were always spotless after room cleaning and it was always a lovely touch to have a sweet left on our pillows after every clean.

There wasn’t much to not like. The only things I can mention is that there wasn’t many vegan options when it came to hot food, the prices of the breakfast and cocktails were quite expensive. Lastly the playlist on the roof was very repetitive but during the evening it was a lot better.

+The service and staff were really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. On the rooftop bar, we had a delicious and well made Cocktail that was served with very yummy tapas style snacks. The location is also great, with the Metro just around the corner and really easy to use. All in all, I would recommend this hotel lovely ambiance.

In our room was an armchair that was really stained badly on the sitting part, we asked housekeeping to clean it but it was the same when we returned.When we came in they were cleaning the room and housekeeping was storing the pillows on this chair

We made a reservation for 2 interconnected rooms and 1 double room since January. Our trip was in July, and in the day of arrival one of the receptionist said there is absolutely no way to have rooms on the same floor as the hotel is full of turists. We arrived at 14:50, the check-in was at 15:00, so no excuse. That is unacceptable. We went to eat something at a restaurant close to the hotel, came back 2 hours later and saw a different shift at the reception. I asked the receptionist if it is possible to have rooms at the same floor and she said yes. Some of the receptionists were extremely nice and always there to help while others were cold and unfriendly.

I was surprised to learn that this was a four star hotel, after a day there I was thinking it was a 5 star. Everything about it was excellent, particularly the general ambience. All the staff are particularly competent and assured. When I lost my phone they did everything they could to restore my emails, contacts, bank etc etc and I would particularly like to commend Alberto for sitting with me late at night, translating and helping me through that particular technological maze.

The hotel is very interesting architecturally. The lobby area is a testament to the church that stood here and the facade and the side naves were incorporated into the new hotel building. The hotel is brand new and the common areas are quite presentable. The roof pool is probably a great hang-out spot in the warmer months. The staff is friendly, and breakfasts quite sumptuous & delicious.

The area around the hotel is the still the city in development. And the adjacent plot is currently under construction, which might cause an additional noise.

NH Milano City Life was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It is immaculately clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rachel, in concierge, booked dinner for us at a great restaurant. They called the taxis for us. The gym is perfect and so neat and clean, with complimentary bottled water. The breakfast is wonderful with almost too many choices from the spread! The room is not giant, but the terrace was huge. The rooftop pool was perfect, especially with this summer's heat. I would definitely stay here again.

Very new, good hotel. Kind, competent and flexible staff. However more colleagues on the reception would be good, you often have to wait a few minutes there. Very good location, access easily by car, and the underground is also close. Very cozy, grand style hall. Cozy and appropriate pictures in the elevator and on the corridors. One of the best thing is that have spacious check-in parking places! Large bed, with pillow selection. Places to pack in the room and in the bathroom as well.

According to the website, slippers included, but they just ran out. Expensive, especially the parking.

foyer is beautiful, friendly at reception, fitness centre good, very close to metro stop and easy to get into town

unfortunately we booked this hotel specifically to have a pool to use in summer, but it is closed with rain although we wouldn’t have minded swimming in the rain, it is the hotel policy there were a few details in the room that could have been improved; a dirty coffee cup left, only 1 robe and 1 gown in a room for 2, mini fridge not stocked
