Room is spacious, location is excellent. Some of the staff and duty managers are trendily and welling to help.

Some staff are not friendly and not flexible and they have no customer satisfaction focus. Food also not the level of the hotel rooms and facilities.

Room was very large and just like the photo. It was quiet and comfortable. Around the corner were a lot of nice places to eat and a grocery that was open late. The hotel is also walking distance from the gay area where there are a lot of nice bars and things to do (I recommend Pop).

Dogs weren't allowed in the restaurant and we'd pre-paid for breakfast, which was a bummer. As a result, only one of us could go at a time, and the other would have to wait with the pup in the room.

Excellent sized room. Clean, comfortable, nice small gym, staff checked us in at 7:30 am without us even requesting an early check in. A little out from the centre, however this suited us as we needed to be closer to the train station. So for us a perfect location.

Do miss the mini soaps, however first time traveling since Covid and this change seems to be across the board, airlines, hotels, etc.

Great location, in very calm and safe district. Located close to city center for small walk. Nice and really large rooms, we were shocked that regular room had such huge comfortable space. Detailed daily cleaning. Beautiful views. Very, very helpful staff. I would nothing change in our stay and next time definitely we will choose the same hotel!

I pay 25 € for the parking but it’s complicated process. they don’t have cameras there. every time i want to go out or park my car I must pass by the front desk to tell them then wait until they send some one to open 2gates !!

Super breakfast, sparkling wine is served, nice selection of food items that are good for a continental and English breakfast. Room size is more than one would expect in general. NH Collection is great. This hotel is just a 10 minutes stroll from the train station that takes to the Malpensa airport (Garibaldi) and perhaps 15 minutes walking time to Teatro alla Scala. Many restaurant around and well-stocked supermarket just 5 minutes away

There is nothing to complain about.

Location was a bit far out of central, but plenty of options. Walking is possibly, metro nearby, we were just unlucky with weather but not hotels fault (large umbrellas also provided on rainy days which was great)

The location of the hotel is really handy. The room was very spacious for 3 people. The bathroom was spacious and clean. A small dressing room is also included in the room. We have booked a triple room, the beds were very comfy - 2 big beds and 1 sofa bed. A coffee and tea machine is in the room, and also a free water bottle! There is a mini-fridge in the room in case you would need anything more. The staff is always available to help. The breakfast was simply amazing, very cozy restaurant for the breakfast with a really nice ambiance! Highly recommended!

Joke not the gym for two persons max at a time, although good places around for jogging Underground parking was full, but I was advised with a really nice alternative parking 5 min walk When you arrive by car sometimes it’s hard to park near the entrance even for a few minutes not breaking rules

The hotel is amazing! The staff was very friendly especially Giacomo who helped us so much! He is the best! The location is good. 20 minutes walk from Domo and near Metro station. Very good restaurants around and supermarkets. Rooms are very big! Huge! Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good and variant. We had good time.

The rooms are not sound proof so we could hear our neighbors :)
