The reception were nice and helpfull. The room had everything we needed and Housekeeping did a good job every day. Breakfast were great. Great location. We more or less walked to everything (Doumo/Center and Brera), only took the metro once. From the hotel to the Doumo we walked in 30minutes, but as a part of this stretch is a park and another part is the shopping district with insanely expensive bags in the windows to look at (:-)) then it did not feel as a long walk. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, so if you dont want to go anywhere in the evenings you can just find a place close to the hotel. There is also a small supermarket and a fruitseller in the street.

Great location, friendly and kind staff, the lobby looks very elegant and cozy, the entire hotel is extremely clean. Our room was quite small, but for us it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, the temperature in the room was perfect (it was very cold outside). If you want to enjoy your morning with a perfect specialty coffee, please go to "Orsonero Coffee" - it's like 10mins easy walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel, multiple options depending on your taste - we recommend Baldassarre - it seems a tourist trap at first, very crowded, but we ate the best Carbonara and had a great time. Loved the location, 5mins from Reppublica Subway Station, lovely buildings, lots of restaurants, shops.

The walls seem to be VERY thin. We woke up in the middle of the night cause our neighbours were quite happy and drunk and made a lot of noise both in the room and corridors, it felt like we were together in the same room. Fortunately, they stopped after 20-30mins and we were able to go back to sleep. It's normal to hear something from time to time cause it's a hotel, but this was the first time we experienced this kind of disconfort, even hearing your neighbour sneeze or talking normally.

The hotel is a reasonable distance from the train station, but after walking there on arrival we decided to take a taxi for the return. The hotel ordered a van for us (4) which arrived immediately and was only about 14 EU. The lobby, restaurant and room were nice; comfortable beds and quiet. The neighborhood is probably better than it looks due to the abundance of graffiti everywhere. We walked to the duomo which is a little over a mile and didn't feel unsafe. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth the $12 fee.

It's a bit of a hike with luggage from the train station through a lot of traffic. Without luggage it wouldn't have been that much of an issue. It's unfortunate that there is so much graffiti everywhere - something we've noticed in a lot of major European cities.

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with a wonderful lounge/ seating area and a fantastic outside space that we utilised each evening. However, the staff are what really made the stay worthwhile. At reception everything was explained well and their hospitality was excellent. I would like to say that the staff member Roberto, from the bar/kitchen, went above and beyond his duties in making us feel welcome and explaining the best areas to go and when to go to them. He took his time and was patient with all of my questions as a first time visitor. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and plan on being a repeat customer for all future trips to Milan.

I have no complaints about the property.

One night in Milan having arrived by train. It's in a good location for the station and not too far to walk to the main town/duomo. We did not eat or use facilities but the hotel had a good feel and a bar area all nicely done. The room was quite small but clean. We were given a room on arrival but it smelt a bit musty and the staff changed it for us straight away without making a fuss and the other room was fine. We would consider staying here again if we visited Milan

I enjoyed the breakfast, bar, and newly renovated facilities. Inside, there is a lounge that resembles a terrace. The renovations were excellently done, and I really like the style of the hotel.

The hotel lacks an external sign; instead, it features signage directly on the wall, making it challenging to determine its exact street corner location without navigation. Additionally, the walls in the rooms are thin, allowing sounds from people talking in their rooms and walking in the corridors to be easily heard. Room was quite small, but it was not a problem.

All ok except for the heating that wasn't working properly. I needed to request an extra blanket and worn my sweater to sleep warmer. The bathroom has one step to get in...at bit awkward to be honest.

The room was super clean. Breakfast fantastic. Very good staff, with excellent English. Very happy to see older staff members, rather than just young pretty girls or boys. Bed was absolutely fantastic!

The netflix should be included, it is a rather an expectation from 4* hotel. The staff in the breakfast area is excellent, but there's no need to clean the plates so quickly, unless someone is asking. I am thinking of environmental reasons, rather than complaining about the staff.

The hotel is clean and quiet, its position a big win. Kudos for the free Battery packs rental offered at the reception.

In my humble opinion, the breakfast quality does not meet the expectations of a 4-stars hotel. Both the mornings of our stay, we found eggs and sausage in the hot trays (very) overcooked. The selection of pastries is a bit disappointing and the coffee comes out of a bean-to-cup machine. On the other side, the variety of vegetables and baked products is very rich. So rich that it led me to think that sometimes less is more.

The lobby is lovely/modern decor, the staff very helpful. The problem was that the first room we had booked - a standard room - was very small. Too small. Thank Goodness the A/C wasn't working and they upgraded us to a "superior room" which was large and nice. The only other problem was the location - its in a not-nice neighborhood. Very down-market neighborhood. It was walking to downtown Milan though (20 min walk), but it's not a good neighborhood. There is one very Excellent Italian restaurant nearby called Casiara at via tadino 5 if you stay here, you must eat at this local Italian restaurant - elegant, amazing Italian food!
