We had a kind welcome, everything was very clean, there was no noise during the night and the breakfast was better than many hotels we stayed during our vacation in Italy (including more expensive hotels, that didn’t even offer fruits, for example).

The building has no elevator. We had a lot of luggage and our room was on the second floor, so it was a bit hard. So, if you are also going to have a lot of luggage or have any mobility issues, consider requesting a room on the first floor beforehand.

The room was spacious and the bed and pillow VERY comfortable! Breakfast was served and assistance was available at all times, even when delays made me really late for checkin. I appreciated the clear instructions for items in the room, and the standing clothes hanger. The bed was made every day and the room was cleaned as well. It was not a problem to go out early, or go out late. The staff was very willing to communicate in every language they knew, and with bodylanguage if we didn't share one (there's always English). They were also helpful with information about travel and food in the city. Finally, they helped me get chamomile tea in the evenings, and a taxi when I was checking out, and always cared that I had information I needed. The air conditioning for the room was very efficient, too.

Unfortunately the building itself was not really made for quietness, so I heard the notifications on someone's phone in a room nearby. But the blinds for the windows could be closed extra, which made almost all noise from outside disappear. Personally I also prefer black tea and dark bread in the morning, but that is not the fault of the hotel, rather it is the breakfast culture of the country. What was on offer was excellent and fresh, just not what I am used to! (Tasty treats, sweet pies and so on).

My single room is very clean. The bathroom is shared but it was not a big deal for me. It was a retro charm. I appreciate the complimentary breakfast with consist of pastry and cereal. Walkable distance to the Flixbus station which you need to catch the bus early in the morning.

The Hotel is a bit far from the city center for a walk but it's well connected via bike paths if you like using the e-scooter sharing services. The breakfast was ok, it's a classic buffet and the coffee was great. The bathroom is very big compared to the size of the room.

The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors talk, breathe, <censored> :)

The location and the breakfast were very good; the room was spacious and clean.

The walls were a bit too thinn and we could hear everything on the hallway and the alarm clocks from the others.

The property has a private parking place. The rooms are small but clean, as it is in the entire hotel. Some sleepers are necessary though, as the floor is cold. There is a shared bathroom, but a sink and a bide are inside the room. The breakfast is just ok, not that great.

Very helpful staff, room in very good condition, Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Thorough cleaning performed daily. Excellent breakfast offered in the morning.

The location is a bit far from the historical center where all major sights are.

This is a superbly clean and well maintained establishment. Delightful decor and super service. Great value for money.

Only the absence of ensuite facilities and an elevator prevents a higher score.

THE ATTENTION IS SPECTACULAR. Ms. Fede and Mr. David are the best hosts ever. Room is wide open and comfortable. The shower is magnificent.

No elevator... and breakfast could improve...

The room was big enough, the staff were very friendly and polite. The room was overall very clean and tidy, there were plenty of parking spaces.
