The breakfast buffet is full of choices, many healthy ones and and it's possible to make your own juice. It's very cosy and small, feels very relaxed. The room size is fine and there are terraces to every room with plenty of room to dry towels and bathers. It's nice and clean with lovely bath products.

The A/C is a bit too "green" and did not cool the room very well. Luckily the night breeze did the job. Also the owner has a bit of an attitude, which is kind of quirky, she seems unkind, but it's possible it's just a language barrier.

We liked the whole concept of the hotel, they put a lot of emphasis on sustainability. The room was clean and spacious with a little balcony. We liked the breakfast, the staff was there to refill everything the whole time. The location is excellent, walking distance to the restaurants and lake, that is what we liked the most. The check in and check out was easy and parking was not an issue.

The only thing that was a little bit unfortunate that the electrical charging stations for electric cars didn't work during our stay.

Very clean, nice view to the mountain from the balcony, comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast. Very comfortable chech in after chech in hours (keys were left at the lobby)

Location far from town

The stuff was friendly, the room very clean and the breakfast was good. They had cereals and fresh fruits etc, more then only sweet stuff that you typically find as breakfast in Italy. The location was nice, a little bit outside from the busy area but also close by

Somehow was always noisy in the morning. The walls are like paper, there was no announce silence time, so at 7 in the morning the stuff where cleaning other rooms or the other guests were not interested to keep it a little quite on the hall way Also, being an eco hotel, the AC was set by default on 19 degrees, energy eco. Unfortunately on a really hot summer day that it is really not enough

- Room is not really cozy (maybe a carpet could help) - Lighting in room is too white - You can hear people walking in the house / on the floor as there is no real sound isolation

I like everything about this hotel. Room is small but it was okay for us. Very clean and cozy

We stayed one night on our way back from hiking in Dolomites. For the price we paid, everything was perfect. We liked the breakfast, comfortable room, parking in the garage, the room temperature was perfect. Thank you :-)

Really nothing to complain about for this price/quality ratio.

Amazing value for money. Good quality breakfast. Free flavoured water at reception was divine. Good room temperature whilst very hot outside. Comfy bed. Just the perfect stay. Good location. Close to bus stations/ferry. Soundproofing.

That we couldn't stay more.

Good sized room. Very comfortable firm bed. Lovely to have a small garden area from our room on the ground floor. Good there is car charging but you do have to book it before you arrive. Staff were all very nice. Good breakfast, lots of options.

The room was super clean and the position was super! The breakfast was complete and full of everything you can ask for. All the products were Bio and really great.

The only thing that can be a bit better is the garage since is a bit small for autos. If you have a SUV the entrance is a bit tight.
