Secluded location, quiet, safe & convenient parking space, professional, proactive & friendly staff. Antonio was very receptive and accommodating. Clean & fresh linen. Excellent coffee machine. Entrance/Exit gate needs an exit sensor so as to prevent us from getting out of the vehicle to open the gate before exiting, Needs metal utensils, glassware, plates and more functional furniture like a bigger table (current table is tiny) Breakfast is unhealthy and mediocre quality Soap & shampoo dispensers need a repair, you have to press several times before you a decent amount of liquid Climbing 3 flights to get to the room, not good idea for guests who are physically challenged and have lots of luggage The main entrance floor is slippery when wet

The apartment has a great view if your windows look at the city. Ours didn't but we were happy to have safe parking for our motorcycle. It is spacious and has everything a traveler needs. The coffe machine was a great addition. The hosts were a great help for everything we needed.

The room was big enough for our two-night stay. But, the breakfast, as an option offered, had to be better - it's great as a snack until the right time to eat, but in other accommodations, something like that is provided for free, as a supplement and/or snack.

Staying here was an extraordinary experience! The panoramic location treated us to spectacular views of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and the Gulf. The room was elegantly furnished, clean, and equipped with all comforts. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to accommodate our every request. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, featuring a variety of delicacies and the option of coffee from a modern, super-automatic machine with a wide selection of hot beverages. The management of the B&B demonstrated great attention to detail, continually improving the facility and providing high-quality service. Little bit of peace amongst the city chaos. Beautiful view from the terrace. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of restaurants in vicinity. 15 mins drive to airport. Great choice.

Would have rated exceptional but breakfast is only pre-packed sugary snacks so it’s not really a B&B but we knew this and still booked and are glad we did because it was worth it just for the view!! Also don’t book if you have mobility issues as there’s steps and no elevator.

safe, privet with very nice view good facilities. a coffee machine, boiler, and microwave in a shared area between the three rooms available in the property the family in charge were so nice and helpful the location was good because we came to attend a course in a nearby hospital however its not a good option if u came for tourism as its far from the main attractions

its a long way from the gate til u reach the house then u have to go 2 stories up to reach the rooms so its not accessible if u have mobility problem the breakfast is poor with only packed sweet pastries

The location is located in a dominant position offering a beautiful view of the city of Naples, Vulcan and Sea. A great advantage for Naples is the private parking space where access is based on a code, the car being thus safe. Very large KING apartment with panoramic terrace. Clean location. Breakfast is B&B type.

Quite a few steps to climb for those with larger luggage.
