Everything was very good. The room was super clean, towels were perfect, and I had shampoo and shower gel in the shower ready for me. There is also a hair dryer. AC was very helpful in august weather in Napoli. The area is not the best, but very close to central bus and train station, which is perfect, if you travel with luggages. Lady at reception let me leave my bags in the building even before check in, which I really appreciated. Also the terrasse if huge and mostly empty.

Only thing I really didn't like was the fact, that I had no hot water in the shower. I tried to wait for a couple of minutes, but nothing changed.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B in the heart of Naples. The location couldn't be better—right in the center of the city, close to all major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for local dining and sights. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and a cozy common area. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples for couple of days !.

Small shower.

We loved the roof terrace and the central location. Although the surrounding area was a little rough around the edges, it never felt unsafe and just added to the authentic Neapolitan feeling. We had a lovely welcome by Fabio who told us lots of useful information. The room we had was lovely and clean, with a gorgeous high ceiling and air con.

The breakfast was a little sparse, which is absolutely fine since generally Italians aren't too big on breakfast. The breakfast options were either small bags of cereal or some small toast rusks with jams. Plenty of coffee and tea though, and a good mini fridge in the room!

Nice and spacious room for 2. The bed was big and very comfy, slept really well. The bathroom was good, small but functional. Nice touches of decoration in the room and the communal spaces. Lovely roof terrace with big enough spaces. There are nearby coffee shops in the morning to get a coffee and breakfast, which we did. The property says that it offers breakfast but from our understanding, you need to book it in advance, we could not request it upon arrival. There are some teas and snacks however at no extra charge, although we did it use it - still a nice touch. Big windows with shutters to keep the room dark in the morning and also functional air con. It was great for our first night in Italy, 20 euro taxi from the airport. Cannot comment more on the location as we rented a car first thing in the morning and left Naples.

Not the easiest place to find, maybe a bigger sign or indication of where the property is would be helpful. We actually got help from a neighbour to contact the owner to let us in. Also, the extra fee for late check-in (15eu) was not mentioned on the property's page when doing the booking. We were happy to pay it as we arrived half an hour passed the check-in time, but it would have been good to know in advance.

Its easy access to both the airport and the city centre is a real asset to stay in this place. The host is very welcoming whilst keeping it brief and leaving you all the privacy you would like to expect. The bed sleeps well, the area is quiet at night and the shower works wonders. We will always be grateful for the host's tip to visit the nearby San Giovanni a Carbonara church! Go and visit!

Great location. Easy to reach from train station and easy to get to airport. Very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Public transport links nearby but we didn't find them necessary. Historic centre. MADRE contemporary art museum so close and worth a visit. I wandered and saw so much of Naples. Best part of the guesthouse definitely the roof terrace and so wonderful to do an online QiGong class up there to recharge on a sunny February morning. So lovely in such a busy city with only a few birds to keep me company!

Wifi a bit patchy in the bedroom but good in shared area. Lots of stairs could be a problem for some guests but views from roof are amazing and worth the climb.

It had a great terrace spacious good for eating and relaxing, the bathroom was fantastic great shower wich is great after a long day, spacious room with airco and a fridge that got really cold absolutely fantastic

It was up an alley and to be honest I didn’t really feel save going up it, and we had to walk up quite a bit of stairs with a big suitcase, and one side of the mattress had a really big dent in it wich made sleeping a bit uncomfortable

Charming place in an old building with beautiful terraces to watch the sunset over the Napoli rooves. Owners were friendly and we appreciated the comfortable bed. Location isn't really close to the metro but it's fine if you don't mind walking.

The bathroom door didn't close properly and there was no lock

The B&b was lovely. The roof terraces were really cute, the room was nice and we had an interesting street view. It was easy to find and the host was great with communication.

There’s a lot of stairs because the B&b is on the top floor. This didn’t bother us- just be aware that you’ll have to carry your luggage up a few flights. Worth it though.

The trick to keeping the shower water hot is to keep the water pressure high. If you have heavy bags, note that there are four flights of stairs to climb. Nice clean and comfortable room with common area. I didn't use the terrace. Good value and easy 18-minute walk from the main station. Unfortunately, 17 minutes from Piazza Bellini if you like to be out at nighttime. Recommend staying further northwest if this is your first time to Naples, or you like nightlife.
