Good location

Finding the property is a nightmare, the main theme around the breakfast table with other guests was how long did it take you to find the place. It did not help by the owner sending messages saying that if you do not get to the room by 8 you will get charged, we were calling him saying that we could not find the place and he did not answer. The steps to the top room which we had was very steep and very tiring, I was lucky to have my son to carry one end of a heavy suitcase, do not bank on the breakfast replacing any energy lost at the stair hike as this was very poor too. The staff were very friendly and I could not fault but they could have put a bit more time into fixing the bag hoist which had been damaged by the rain. Location is good though

Incredibel! The view is just Wow, both from our room as from the rooftop. You look straight at Mount Vesuvius, wich is amazing. The room was really nice and clean and had air conditioning. Attatched to our room (the one with the green tiles) was a balcony. An amazing place to eat a pizza or drink some refreshements with the view of the mighty mountain. The location is in the center of Naples and is really good. If I had to go back to Naples, i would definitely book this B&B again! (Side note: the appartement is located on the 6th and most top floor. There is no elevator, so you need to take the stairs to you appartment. So not recommended for disabled people.)

The Apartment is located in the Spanish quarter of Naples, which is very central next to the via Toledo and near the harbor. In the neighborhood of the apartment are a lot of bars and small places, where you can enjoy awesome pizzas for a few euros. The rooms were nice and comfortable, the view was breathtaking (you can see the harbor and the Vesuv directly from the balcony). everything is clean und modern. this place has everything you could ask for for a short trip. Tonia, the hostess, is exceptionally nice and caring. she prepared us an classic Italian breakfast with coffee every morning.

Absolutely gorgeous views of Naples that can only be topped by Castle Sant'Elmo. I could have spent the whole holiday just on the balcony! Very clean and modern. Breakfast was great every day and the shared kitchen is perfect. Tonia the housekeeper is very kind and friendly and I felt very welcome during my stay there.

The location is daunting if you're an inexperienced traveller and took me quite a while to find. Not the best area to stay with younger children. However, there is a wonderful atmosphere around, and it shouldn't put you off staying there if you have experience travelling in cities.

Loved the terrace, amazing view. The hosts Rosa, and the contact host Paulo are soo helpful ! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean with a nice sunlight. I love the way the room has been decorated with easy access to the terrace, the star or the place! Great communication, and so kind. Made us feel very comfortable.

The shower water sometimes would fluctuate between hot and cold, but wasn’t too bad, still had a good shower! Loved the sunroof.

Our stay in Toledo Rooftop was perfect. We loved the appartment and the room. Everything was very modern and clean. The breakfast contains everything you need. The location was perfect and the rooftop was very nice. We could ask Manuela anything about the city or any recommendations. Thank you very much for the nice stay!

You should know that the apartment is on the top floor without an elevator 😅😅 so there are a lot of stairs. But this was not a problem for us.

Loved the apartment, the view from our balcony was incredible, Tonia is amazing and makes you very welcome, the area is crazy busy but very charming

Only con was the stairs 147 steps and in a heatwave , the door is hard to find but once navigated it’s fine .

Very clean and modern. Nicely decorated. Everything worked. Great hosting from Antonia. Nice breakfasts. Fantastic views of the port and Vesuvius. Plenty of well equipped outside space. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Central, but quiet location.

The only thing that let it down was the 140 steps up to the apartment otherwise it would have scored 10/10. It would probably have been hard to find if I hadn't booked an airport pick-up as there is no signage.

Beautiful property, well-maintained, clean, spacious, spectacular views of mount vesuvius, comfortable bed, cozy rooftop terrace overlooking Naples

There are no signs around the property or on the entrance door to indicate it’s there. It took us a while to find it. Also, you need to climb a fair amount of stairs to get to the property which we enjoyed but might be a negative to some.

Very warm welcome at the place, excellent breakfast, nice and clean room and very nice rooftop terrace. But walking up the steep Napolitan hill, and an 6 floors up to the room is quite a challenge for some people I'd guess, that is the only downside. The view is spectaculair though....

The climb up to the room itself from street level is quite some work, but after a few times it gets easier quickly ;-)
