My mom and I loved our stay with Elegance B&B. The host was very friendly and helpful and ready to answer any (touristy) question we might have. He even greeted us on the first day with a cart of snacks and a drink. Breakfast was provided homemade by the host; all sweet delicacies, everyday something slightly different but equally good. It was delivered to our room at the time we requested each evening before. The city is noisy but the room was very very quiet and spotless. We were so happy to have chosen this B&B! Location was also great, very walkable in every direction and the location didn't feel unsafe at all for 2 woman, even at night.

Mariano is a wonderful host and a true gentleman. The room was just like the photos and was very clean. He is an expert pastry chef and brought us our breakfast at our specified time. Coffee and tea are in the room. Our room had a great shower and comfortable bed. Mariano was always available to answer questions and helped in booking a taxi. Although noisy outside, the windows blocked out the noise and we slept well. The location is an easy walk to most attractions or to the metro, but it is a block off of Spaccanopoli so you can avoid some of the craziness if you want. We felt very safe in this area and had no problems anywhere we went in Naples. It was a great visit!

I could live without the pink colored lights!

First off I’d like to say Mariano was awesome! He was such a nice man. This place is in the perfect location to enjoy food, nightlife and different sites to see like underground Naples, Veiled Jesus, Spanish Quarter (Maradona Shrine). We literally walked everywhere from here to the beach and also to famous pizza locations. Mariano also gave us drinks and snacks when we arrived. Mariano again was so nice and since it’s a B&B obviously he offered us breakfast everyday but we never took up the offer because we went to Naples for just two days and it was to literally eat pizza, and other street food than off yo the next city in Italy we went. I do plan on going back to Italy one day, hopefully soon and I’d love to go back and stay in Naples. I’d definitely go back and stay at Elegance B&B!!!

The check in needs more instructions! Mariano please put the punch code on the door speaker, so guests that arrive talk to you directly or just have your guest download the what’s app and message them a day or two prior to their visit so there’s no confusion upon arrival. If that gets fixed this place is great.

We were 2+ 1 kid (7). The apartment is spacious and clean. There is everything you need, towels, soap etc. Location is great with close access to metro, bus, boat, restaurants and shops. Bed is big and comfortable, bathroom is spacious. It is 4 floor with an elevator. There is a balcony great to drink a coffee in the morning with a view on the Naples street. It is university area so you will find plenty of places to relax, drink, eat and buy clothes including second hand. Mariano is the best host we have ever met. This is definately the best B&B we have ever been to. Going back to Naples I would choose the same place to stay.

The owner Mariano is very caring and kind host, he met me at reception and explained everything in detail, also he is available for communication all the time through sms/whatsaupp to sort out any request. The room is spacious, clean and the most important thing - is quiet, minding it is a central busy loud part of Naples, so I had a very good sleep. The window facing inner yard, has small balcony. Mariano was also very kind and get me to airport, as he warned taxis in Naples maybe unreliable also in term of price. I would recommend Elegance BB and choose it again if I will be ever back there.

Breakfast could have had some cheese and maybe something like sausages, it is continental but only with muffins. Good point is that they are prepared hot and are very tasty though, and served at desired time agreed day before

A very warm welcome by Mariano on arrival. Great comms via WhatsApp. You can tell he is passionate, not only about his City, but also his business! The B&B is modern and finished to a very high standard. Everywhere was immaculately clean, both the reception area as well as our room. It had all the facilities you needed, nice bathroom with good shower, plus plenty of soaps, shampoos, towels etc. Also, a minibar, smart tv, a/c, good coffee machine for expresso and cappuccino’s. And as for the breakfast, homemade pastries made by Mariano himself were some of the tastiest l’ve ever eaten.

This place is amazing, truly an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Naples. The room is very spacious, beautifully equipped with first-class amenities including a gourmet quality coffee maker, plenty of towels and luxury toiletries. The host truly makes the visit with everything from helpful tips on the area, recommendations and offers to make reservations at restaurants, to bending over backwards to make sure your needs are met. His breakfasts are delicious and generous, really sets you up for a day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend enough

Look no further - book your stay at Elegance B&B now! This B&B is the best accomodation I have EVER stayed at; from the incredible location in downtown Naples, the luxurious and spotlessly clean rooms to the best part the wonderful service from Mariano! This location is excellent for walking to trendy nightspots and fantastic restaurants, there is a location 1 minute walk away to join tours to local spots and its very safe as lots of people are out and about in the evening. The room was an absolute dream, more like a 5 star hotel than a B&B, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotless and ample storage. The owner Mariano went over and above in taking care of my fiancé and I, every request was met with efficiency and a smile! From providing us with daily, freshly made pastries for breakfast to getting our washing done short notice, to offering transfers to from the airport he was so kind and treated us wonderfully. You can tell he takes great pride in his B&B, so make sure to tip him well! If we return to Naples we will stay here again!

Elegance is right! Completely remodeled with lovely details everywhere. The place looked brand new and very tastefully done. A little tight, but so very nice. The host was very nice and helpful and always checked up on us - great communicator. Bonus - the host lives on site and was available, unlike every other B and B we stayed at on our 3-week vacation in Italy. Great location too. I recommend this place with no hesitation.

Everything was great!

The b and b is in the historic center, convenient to everything. Mariano was exceptionally helpful, advising us where to go and how to get there. He went out of his way to make our stay successful. The room was spotlessly clean, with new bathroom fixtures, and the bed was very comfortable.Homemade delicious pastries. Fabulous croissants. Served to our room. Coffee and tea and other snacks and beverages in the room.

It was a little hard to find at first, on the fourth floor of a large building.
