We had the most wonderful stay in Napels for our anniversary thanks to the amazing assistance of Michele. He made sure our stay was absolutely unforgettable! The location of the hotel is superb and the friendliness of the staff heartwarming. The cleaning ladies made sure our room was a little palace every day again. The restaurant at the top floor was a treat to have our breakfast at. Thank you Michele, Oriana and all other staff for this wonderful stay. We will for sure be back!

Great location, next to a Metro Station and within a 30-minute walk to everything I wanted to see in Naples. Large room, nicely-fitted out. Really liked having a balcony. Definitely on the high end of four stars. Huge bed. Good water pressure in the shower, nice towels (though not exceptional towels). Really liked the rooftop bar and breakfast buffet. Did not try the restaurant. Staff was very helpful.

No complaints from me! I highly recommend this hotel.

Chose this hotel as we were using Naples as our base and also because of its location, 12 minute walk to the ferry and cruise liner port, 100 metres to the underground network (Toledo) just off the main shopping street. Hotel room was spotlessly clean, breakfast was the usual buffet style with a very good choice to cater for all tastes, which was on the top floor with an outdoor terrace with a great view of Naples, the bar is also on this floor and also shares the same terrace. We did not use the restaurant for dinner as there are so many great restaurants around the area at very reasonable prices, but did take a look at the menu and it seemed a good choice.

The only thing I could say was a down side of the room was, that it only gave you paper cups for if you wanted to make yourself a coffee or tea, unfortunately a lot of hotels seem to do this these days, and I find it makes them look cheap rate instead of supplying a couple of proper cups or beakers.

The breakfasts could have been better. A few potatoes and some baked beans would have been good accompaniments. A awider variety fruit (including berries. The location is a noisy one.

Very decent rooms, which clearly had been refurbed recently. Good breakfast. Some staff had trouble with English, but the selection and quality of food was good. (Though it would have been better if they offered more egg options, like ordering an omelette, etc.) The location is very central (though that obviously means some street noise outside, so be prepared).

The rooms were good, but the bathrooms could use freshening (new grout, deeper clean, etc.) Also, it feels like there might have still been smoking rooms somewhere in the hotel. We could often feel smoke coming in from the ventilation.

We booked this at the last minute as our travel plans changed. The staff were lovely and provided us a bottle of champagne on arrival for celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel is in a great location, pretty much walking distance to most main areas. The room was large which was great, however the bathroom was outdated and in need of a refresh. The shower drain didn’t drain quick enough so water filled the shower straight away and didn’t drain until after you turned it off. Breakfast is ok, not many options but manageable. Overall, a good 2 night stay and I would stay again.

We were 6 levels up with double glazed windows and it was still quite loud from outside. We expected this though and not sure what more you can do to block it out. More pillow options would be helpful as the ones provided were so thin and flat I had to sleep with both of them. The room next to ours had 2 dogs staying with the guests and the dogs kept barking which made it a little unpleasant on the second night.

Excellent location next to the Toledo metro statio, close to the Centro Storico, and walking distance to the port. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. The staff in the hotel was very friendly, and way out of its way to accommodate any request. They also allowed us to check in early, around 11am, which was highly appreciated. The room had also simple tea-making facilities, which was highly appreciated (though the instant coffee might get them into an italian coffee purgatory).

No major problems. However, at the four star hotel that charges north of 200 Euro per night, you’d expect also small things to be flawless. They weren’t. The room was small and looked nothing like the photo. There was lots of dust everywhere, on all ledges and surfaces. The floor was never swept (we found previous customers’ hair and lots of dirt). The bath was chipped. The toiletries, but also the toilet paper, were not replenished. I am sure they’d bring me a fresh roll if I rang the reception, but i’d expect at a hotel of this category that the housekeeping would take care of it. Despite these first-world problems, our stay was excellent.

We find this hotel very convenient as it lies in the heart of beautiful Naples. Excellent location. As for the breakfast, it was very good with a good choice and variety of fresh products. The staff all over the hotel was very friendly and polite and always there to help. Our room was on level 6 overlooking the street. It was ok but for next time we would prefer a quieter room.

We were only disappointed with the housekeeping, as the room was not properly cleaned everyday. This doesn't mean that the room was dirty, but did not met our expectations.

Great location right next to Toledo metro station, Via Toledo shopping area, Spanish quarters a stones though away. 10min walk for Royal Palace and Plebescito square, 5 min walk to the funicular station. We were allowed to check in earlier and really appreciated it Amazing views from the rooftop bar/restaurant upstairs Very good breakfast with great variety of options Spacious rooms

No welcome bottle of water offered Double beds were simply two single mattresses merged together so be aware if you wanted a big bed all to yourself. You can’t. Have to pick a side. No hair conditioner or body lotion amongst toiletries - I haven’t been to a 4-star hotel in the past few years where this wasn’t available in the room.

An excellent hotel, located one minute from the Toledo metro station and the main shopping street. safe area. Walking distance of about 10 minutes to the market area and the pizza street. Across the street there is a supermarket The service at the hotel was excellent, whether if it was at the front desk who recommended places, helped with navigation or whether it was the breakfast service and even the housekeeping, The room was clean and tidy. comfortable bed. Breakfast on the 9th floor was very good combined with an amazing view, the meal was one of the best in Europe in my opinion. Highly recommend this hotel! Many thanks to all the hotel staff.
