Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk from Da Michelle Pizza and the centro storico.

I didn't like the blue light in the dorm.

Everything is fine. -It is so good to stay in such a clean and tidy place, when everywhere around the city is "not clean".;) -The girl working in the kitchen is very friendly and smiling👍 -I like the night-light in the room. -good bathroom. -Breakfast is good enough.

Hope to improve kitchen hygiene. I once saw an elderly man helping to prepare breakfast in the morning. He grab food after touching anything, cutting cheese and putting slices on the plate, during this, he put a small slice in his mouth... and continue grab food. After seeing this,it is not nice to enjoy the breakfast. .

The location is great- really close to the train station. The owner is very friendly and keen to offer advice. I stayed in a female dorm and it was clean, had a nicely sized shower in the room, the bunk bed was very comfortable and I had my own charging port.

The area may not be the safest late at night

It is in Center of Naples, however there are a lot of homeless people in that street. Be careful while travelling during non season time , they tried to snatch my friend’s phone.

Was only there for one night but spacious room and spacious bathroom. Staff was lovely

The area is close to the station but very dirty and I didn't feel safe with lots of people sitting drunk on the street outside. Didn't feel safe going out at night as a solo female.

It was immaculately clean, mattress very comfortable, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the doors to the rooms closed quietly, the AC was great. Location was easy and well connected. I’ve read that some ppl don’t like the location but as a solo female traveller I had absolutely no problems and I felt safe.

A personal preference would be to have a light by each bed rather than one blue light that stays on all night. I had an eye mask so was ok for me - and it was helpful if you got up in the night, but might not be for everyone.

The hostel is on walking distance to Napoli Centrale Station, giving you easy access to trains and the airport. Several shops, off licences and restaurants around. You can buy water and amenities easily. The room was cleaned everyday and it was well done. The AC truly was a life saver, specially because of summer. Breakfast is basic but good enough. The price per night was excellent considering what was offered it definetely exceeded my expectations. Staff speaks spanish, english and italian. They organize aperitivo parties on Thursday night and Saturday night and even take the guests out. All of this with no extra cost. There's 2 people from staff that really deserve praise: Marisa and Alfredo. Both are very polite and helpful. Alfredo is sharp with information and very knowledgeable. Marisa is very kind and makes you feel looked after. They certainly make the difference there. You can visit several nearby museums and markets on walking distance. If I have the chance, I will stay there again and I most definitely recommend you stay there too.

This was a hostel, that for me, had family vibes! The women who work here, adore one another. And this created such a wonderful and homely atmosphere. I was only here one night, and was invited with them into town for dinner! A few of us went and had a lovely evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. You felt comfortable to ask what you needed. Breakfast was simple yet very sufficient and more than I expected from a hostel stay. Everything about my stay was enjoyable, comfortable, fun and genuine. As a single solo traveller, I felt VERY comfortable with my stay here and I would highly recommend. The staff - best I've seen.

There was absolutely nothing - I did not like!

This was a fabulous stay, much better than I expected. First, the location was close to bus and train stations and about a 10 minute walk from the Spanish quarter. Some people don't like the area but it's Naples, I felt totally safe, take the sake precautions you would in any city, no more, no less. The shop just outside front door sells water and drinks for 1 euro, most other places charge 2.50 or more for the same. The famous pizza place is 10 minutes away, 6 euros a pie. While the building is old, like most of Naples the room was remodeled, modern, clean and comfortable. The AC was great, nice and cool despite the heat and it drowned out the outside noise. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I ended up staying 4 days, I wish I could've stayed more. Breakfast was good, luncheon meats, cheese drinks, coffee tea, cocoa, bread, jam. All in all the hostel is a great value and your not sacrificing comfort. There are many poorly rated hostels in Naples, this one is an excellent value for the price and you don't mind coming back and hanging out. A good place to meet people too!

It would be nice if you could get breakfast before 0800. There are many day trips so an early start helps. For me the breakfast was an added bonus, I only had it twice. Even without breakfast it's a great deal.

Great location, short easy walk from train, bus, metro. Close to port and Spanish quarter. Naples is a very large graffiti and trash filled city, the area where the hostel is safe, I had no problems, just take precautions you would in any city. The hostal is very clean, the rooms remodeled and the air conditioning works fine, very comfortable. I never expected it to be so nice. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, enough to get you going. Beds were comfortable and hostel is good place to meet other travelers. Shop near front door has bottled drinks half the price in other places. Staff very knowledgeable about where to go and how. I stayed more than planned, Naples is one of my favorite cities, so much to see and do. Thx, ill be back
