A huge thank you to Rosario at the front desk—he was absolutely amazing! (I hope you enjoyed the Georgian wine!) He went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we ran into a minor issue at a gas station while returning our rental car. Despite the street being somewhat busy during the day, it was completely quiet at night—no noise at all. The walls are well soundproofed unless someone has their TV on at full volume. The subway station wasn’t too far, making it convenient to get around. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured a massive TV, which was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Breakfast was excellent! Hotel was very, very clean. Very easy walk (5 minutes or less) to the Napoli Centrale train station. Located only 1/2 block off Garibaldi Piazza. Rosario at the desk was very friendly and very, very helpful when we had questions or problems. Gave us some very good tips on using the train system. We give Rosario 7 stars out of 5! The other gentleman that checked us into the hotel was also very friendly and helpful as well. He made us feel very welcome. Both spoke very good English, which was a plus for us as non-Italian speakers.

We had to carry our big suitcases up one flight of stairs to our room, since there is no elevator/lift. (If I were 50 years younger, it would have been no problem.) Our room was a little small because we each had a large suitcase to open, but otherwise the room was very comfortable. With only a roll-on bag each, it would have been plenty large. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also small, but very clean. The shower worked very well with good water pressure. With an elevator and slightly larger room and bathroom, it would have been a 10 instead of an 8. But then again, it probably would have been more expensive, so that's the trade-off.

The staff at this hotel, especially those on reception were great. They totally went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They gave advice on where best to eat and shop and how to get to places/transport options. The room was modern and breakfast was generous. Overall this is a good value option if you are travelling to and from the train station. There are a lot of reviews on the sketchiness of the location - and while the area around the station is a bit grimy, it didn't feel unsafe.

A blanket even in the summer would be welcome.

Great location. Close to the train station, the metro system and the coaches and taxis from the airport. The room was pristine clean., modern seems newly decorated. Comfortable bed and a fantastic shower . We enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable, especially Rosario who is the oracle for the city of Naples . He was at hand to recommend restaurants, transportation etc. many thanks Bella Napoli , our stay was amazing.

The room was very nice, clean and modern looking. Bathroom a little poky but manageable. The breakfast changes every day so if you're not keen on what's there day 1 there will be different options later. As many other reviews pointed out, the hotel is located near the station and as such is in a 'rough' part of the city. We didn't have any issues but bear it in mind, the flip side of this is that you can get to trains/metro easily for day trips to Pompeii etc.

There's no elevator to get heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel's location also meant that there aren't a lot of good options for nipping out for nearby meals - expect to go to the station instead and get the metro to a different part of the city. Not always appealing after a long day out up Vesuvius. If you are stuck for somewhere to go nearby on an evening I'd recommend the Trattoria da Pasqualino just 5 minutes away, it doesn't look like much but the staff are friendly, the food is excellent and the prices aren't marked up for tourists. Cash only.

Great, helpful staff, we can leave luggage whole afternoon after checkout. Air condition works like a charm. Breakfast was excelent, many choices what to eat from meats, cheeses to sweets and fruits. Rooms are cozzy and quiet, very comfortable beds. Bus station to airport is 3 minutes walking, next 10 minutes and your are at terminal!

You need to be prepared for a specific area, very close to main station but also many poor people in the area. It is safe but you need to know it before arrival.

The area around the hotel felt a little unsafe later at night Both the days we were there we had trips where we had to leave around 7/730, would be good to have a ‘takeaway’ breakfast options (eg fruit and a snack) for those off to Pompeii etc

The location of the hotel is excellent, since we arrived by train. The main city sights are easily accessible by walking or public transport, and the surrounding attractions (Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento, ...) by local trains. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, especially Rosario, whose spirit, humor, and advices on what and where to eat and see were invaluable. Grazie Rosario e spero di rivederti

The location is perfect if you want to be near the train station and outside but near the historic quarter. The staff is professional and super friendly. There were little goodies in the bathroom that I was not expecting. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we could not make it for breakfast since it starts at 7:30 am.

Breakfast starts at 7:30 am. I wish it would have started earlier so we could have eaten, but that's not the hotel's fault. The staff is so lovely that the reception told us we could take fruit and see if the breakfast person could make us a sandwich. We were in a rush, so we only took fruit. Thank you.

The room was very good, it was clean, and had all the utilities needed. Breakfast was surprisingly good and with various options, taking into account the reduce space. If connections are required for transportation, this is a very good spot.

No elevator and no support for carrying the luggage upstairs. No privacy, as the room walls are very thin, and every conversation from the floor hall is available in full sound! And all my neighbours were very noisy until midnight.
