The breakfast featured high-quality food, and the staff was exceptional. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The location is in the historic town. You need to know that it means extreme poverty around the lovely hotel. We liked it anyway.

the staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming, the room was cooled down to perfection and very quiet and the stay overall was very nice. the rooftop view at breakfast was wild!

we were not able to tone down the AC to medium „strength“, so it was either on full speed or turned off - but we made it work and were happy with it!

Very helpful staff. Nice large room with plenty of storage space. There is a really nice roof garden bar, where you can hang out to enjoy the evening, with a beautiful view of the church dome.

Room facilities were good (a/c, minibar, etc) but there was no kettle to be able to make that first cup of coffee in the morning! There was a nice, fairly large, balcony but it did not have any chairs so you could not sit out on it. However the rooftop garden was an excellent place to hang out instead.

It was clean, located near the center of Naples so easy to get around to tourist spots. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking is extra cost -€25 per day - so that is quite a big additional cost on the bill. To be fair the staff did arrange for our car to be taken away and returned via a valet service. So it was not inconvenient. Other than that I can’t really complain.

The reception areas at the hotel are lovely, the lift works well, and the breakfast was excellent (a decent amount of choice, nice big light dining room). the staff I met were friendly and polite. The hotel is in an excellent location for the train station which is why I chose it, but beware: google maps sent me on a ridiculous round-about route during the hottest part of a really hot and humid day, and I dragged my case through crowded cobbled lanes including through a loud, chaotic market which is held just outside the hotel. Once I was at the hotel, I worked out that the direct route was about 1/3 the distance - you can see the station from the corner. So don't listen to Google Maps!

I had a single room and the bed was, in the way of Italian beds, too firm for my liking. The pillow was - also in Italian style - very flat. Italians must all sleep on their backs I think. There was a duvet on top but no single sheet, and it was way too hot to sleep under a quilt, so I had to sleep on top of the bedding (I guess it added an extra layer of padding). The air con was effective but it wasn't clear how to turn it down (or off). There was nowhere to put my case - no luggage stand etc - which was inconvenient. the location, close to the station, is not all that salubrious. There is a market held in the street just outside the hotel, full of young men selling shoes and things, and I did not feel very safe there.

Our suite was exceptional. Enzo at the front counter was amazing with travel suggestions. The breakfast room and the food were first rate. The hotel presents beautifully.

It is close proximity to the train station and near the hop on hop off bus but I guess next time we would choose a view over the water. Having said that we loved this hotel which was so intimate and friendly.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room comfortable and spacious and there was no shortage of calories at breakfast.

The surrounding area was a bit seedy but that is not something the hotel could influence obviously.

Facility was in good condition. Staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. Balcony on the roof is pleasant.

Immediate location is no good, particularly for small children, but if you are prepared well for Naples culture then you’ll be fine. Bed is not great. No extra amenities included.

Beautiful hotel with classic old vibes in lobby but modern rooms. Roof top area for breakfast and evening drinks is very nice.

Naples is a large city that could use a good clean. The area by the hotel is very close to the market (not a bad thing), but could use trash and cigarette butt pick up.

Checked in I had contracted bronchitis they were wonderful and helpful but they did not have a room for the next couple of nights he worked very diligently to find me another hotel which was unbelievably excellent and it is to the good work of the staff at the San Pietro that I got a hotel that was great it was not booked to your booking service

Honestly there was nothing I did not like at this hotel staff was friendly and helpful and was accommodating as I could understanding that I was not feeling well
