Very clean and spacious! Very modern and in a brilliant location. Great communication between Francesco and us, I’d highly recommend!

The bed was a bit bumpy and generally uncomfortable, perhaps a new mattress?

Great location in the middle of the Historic centre of Naples lots of tours within walking distance. Felt safe the whole time we were there. Lots of Cafe bars restaurants within walking distance.

Cobbled streets made it difficult to drag luggage. Due to the entrance being in an ally cars could not really get to it, so you need to walk a short distance. Also the entrance is difficult to see as there are no large signs, and it's just a small tag on the gate of the building.

Francesco was amazingly friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. His level of communication was fantastic and he really strives to make guests as happy as possible. The facility was immaculately clean and the welcome snack basket was such a lovely and much appreciated touch. The location is 10/10!! Everything you need at your doorstep.

The A/C unit malfunctioned but this is not a fault of the host, this was totally out of his control and he went over and above to fix it. He kindly moved us to another room and the staff relocated our belongings whilst we were out on a tour. Superb service and immediate action taken on this. Thank you !

The location was superb, right in the centre of the old city. It was amazingly clean, with lovely touches like the biscuits and refrigerated drinks when we arrived, and the over-sized double bed was a godsend for us, especially as I'm 6'5" tall. The windows also did a great job of keeping the nightlife sounds out, but amazingly the city did sleep at night - not 24 hours of hubbub. Aircon worked flawlessly.

The buttons on the room safe didn't work too well, so we didn't use it. There was a short issue with the toilet cistern taking a while to fill. but that resolved itself (possibly a busy time for the water system in the apartment block?). That's really it though!

We traveled with our older 2 children. They thought their bed was a bit hard. My husband and I thought our bed was ok. Nice touch with water and snacks left for us upon arrival. They accommodated us to store our luggage upon arrival and am of departure. Everything was clean, our bathroom was a little small, and the elder children had a larger room and thus larger bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this place to travelers!

The rooms are modern and clean. The welcome gift was very nice. The bathroom is a good size. You are in an excellent location. Walk out the gate and you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, etc.

This is a small hotel, almost more like an Air B & B. You have no in person communication with the staff. Francesco was great and replied quickly via WhatsApp to any and all concerns, but there is no one on property.

San Gregorio room - spacious suite, comfortable firm bed as a center piece, great water pressure in shower. Excellent location in the historic town. Responsive staff via WhatsApp (this is not a hotel) so this is how you communicate

Just a heads up - you need a little brain power to pay attention for online checkin ensure you book with your correct mobile phone no as you get the PIN code on the day & you’ll need to walk to accommodation in a pedestrian only area. Best to arrive during the day so not stressed in the evening trying to find the location.

We liked the room. It was a good size, it was clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. Also the air conditioning was good!

The shower head did not work so we had to use the adjustable shower head which made it difficult to wash your hair. We found the contact person not that helpful, he didn’t let us know how to get out of the building, luckily there was someone just coming into the building when we were trying to exit and he told us about the button on the wall to push to exit the building.

The hotel is located right in the historic center of Naples. Check-in was super easy and the staff were helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready when we arrived. Facilities were as expected or even better. Would stay here again.

The AC was very noisy and we had to turn it off overnight otherwise it kept us awake. The staff would also make a bit of noise when arriving in the mornings and sometimes woke us up.

Stayed in the Port Alba room (superior double with balcony). It was clean, tidy, spacious and loved the little balcony looking out to the street. The door/window opened from the side and top and were quite sound proof once fully closed. The room had complimentary water, coffee, wafer, chocolate, aperol spritz, Netflix, and bathroom amenities. The bed was pretty comfortable. Felt very safe here - there is a large gate with key code downstairs and rooms all had key codes. It was nice to have an open air hallway outside to look out into the center of the apartment complex. We were able to leave our bags in the hallway because we had arrived earlier than check in time. There was a small elevator. Great customer service when we had issue with the shower, it was fixed quickly. Also helped inform us how to get the rainforest shower to work (pull knob out).

The shower was not draining properly and couldn't figure out how to get the rainforest shower to work (as the other shower head was leaking).
