Welcoming and helpful staff. Secure access next to a small supermarket and not at all what was mentioned about this in reviews. (The Google maps directions took me through some low-traffic lanes to a destination with no entrance which was a bit sketchy.) I was only there one night and had an early departure so did not have the breakfast. Staff booked me a taxi for very early departure and it was a short and convenient ride to the airport.(45Eur).

Very well equipped, Fresh and Spotless clean. Very Suitable for our small family of three. It was our first stop in Italy and made us feel at home! Thank you Francesca for being so patient with us.. Truly appreciate you and your assistance with all our requests. Parking is available in the garage besides at a minimal cost!

The entrance and lift to the building feels dingy.. but that it only till you enter the door of Neocore, then it is warm, and welcoming and very well equipped. It is in stark contrast to the building itself.

The room was excellent. Modern and clean! Staff was very helpful! It was so helpful to have an elevator. Right downstairs was a supermarket. Nice!

Location is near marina and cruise ship. It was not very clean outside. Not much to see within walking distance.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Once you enter the door of the hotel, you forget about everything outside. A short walk from all the important places of the city.

The hotel was situated in a normal, residential building, on the first floor. No sign outside to say that you've arrived at the right place.

Loved the breakfast, very comfortable beds , great atmosphere with tvs and board games , staff very nice and helpful

There are usb-a and usb-c sockets on the bedside. I loved this detail so much… s2 Also, the bed was super comfortable, the Neapolitan treats in the bedroom we’re yummy, the wide variety of tea bags available for guests 24/7 was a nice touch for tea lovers, the breakfast was delicious - I wouldn’t mind to have more fruit options other than apples next time though - the croissant and the cakes were my favs. The location is very central, close to the Duomo subway station, and the tram/bus stops. Loved every bit of the place and highly recommend it!

The location is a bit sketchy but once you’re inside it’s very safe and secure.

Francesca went out of her way to may our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was a fresh local selection of meat, cheese, fruits and pastries every morning. All of the staff were friendly and sociable with plenty of helpful advise about where to go and what to see during our stay. Would definitely come back.

Amazing personnel, super kind and friendly, always here to greet you and give some drinks when coming back to the hotel and to give some great places/restaurant recommendations! Super clean hotel and well located, really great experience!

The personnel was lacking in English, but communication was still possible and the personnel was great!

regarding the breakfast, there is some room for improvement - all other things have been perfect!
