The rooms are as spacious and bright as they look on the photos and Antonio could not have been more helpful. He got in contact via WhatsApp in the week before our visit & sent loads of helpful info so it was super easy to find. I really liked that we had our own kitchenette as there is a small supermarket round the corner. Bed super comfy as was the sofa when relaxing in the evening. We wanted to use Naples as a base for the week to visit nearby destinations for the day (Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi coast), and this apartment was perfect for that. It’s a stones throw from Museo (Metro - we used debit cards to tap in & out) and Piazza Cavour (the train/metro - you need a ticket for this, which we managed to get on Trainline with an Italian VPN). It meant we could get to the main train station and port super easily for day trips. Plenty of lovely restaurants within a 10min walk including some great recommendations from Antonio. Breakfast is included via tokens you can use at the bakery 3mins walk away - the pastries & coffee were amazing! We always managed to get a seat outside too. I would suggest getting the transfer from the airport (thank you Giuseppe) as the Airbus/Metro from the airport was too much of a faff for us with suitcases! No photos added as the pictures on the site are exactly as we found. This was one of the more reasonably priced apartments for the size / location & service received compared to others I looked at. There was some noise from the neighbours on a few nights but nothing some earplugs didn’t solve.

The rooms are in a lively and diverse neighbourhood with decent cafes, delis and mini markets - including a great Sri Lankan takeout joint. There’s some great, traditional restaurants and bars nearby too and it’s only a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The rooms themselves are immaculate, spacious and well-equipped and the beds are super comfy. Guiseppe and Antonio themselves are the kindest and most accommodating hosts we’ve met and were probably the highlight of our stay. Nothing is too much trouble be it restaurant recommendations, arranging day trips or transfers from the airport.

Points to note are that the locality - like most of Naples - can be quite an assault on the senses. Yes, it’s a bit noisy and the streets are a bit grubby but I found very few places (within our budget anyway!) that were inauthentically immaculate. The noise all but disappeared at night and we all slept very soundly. The breakfast cafe is a few minutes walk away and breakfast is coffee and a pastry. This is a classic Napoli breakfast of course but I think we all struggled with the lack of savoury options after a few days - though again, that’s standard breakfast fare for Naples. There are a few flights of steps to reach the rooms too so worth noting if you’ve access challenges. None of that would prevent a return stay for me though. I really loved my time here

Lovely staff, super helpful and warm. Went out of their way to explain things to us and were in general wonderful to deal with. Property is nice and clean and great value for money. Location is right next to both Metro lines, so super convenient for exploring Naples

1. There are 50 steps to the property, was fine for us, but worth knowing if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2.Breakfast is a coupon at a cafe about 7 mins away, so bed and breakfast is a bit of a misnomer. 3. Had some late night music and fireworks at 11pm on Monday night, might not be a regular occurance but FYI. Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives, but these are useful things to know if you are booking the property

My partner and I had an amazing time in Naples. Antonio and Giuseppe at Toto e Peppino Luxury Rooms provided great service, over and above what we have received throughout our European Travels. From being accomodating prior to check in, to helping us with our luggage and receiving yummy snacks after long travels on check in. Giuseppe even went out of his way to take us to the Airport at 6:00am on a Saturday to save us the hassle of finding a taxi! The recommendations and tips/tricks from Antonio were extremely helpful and informative. Especially the breakfast vouchers they gave to Poppella, their Fiocchi Di Neve is a must! They really thought of all the small things to make us feel at home. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and homely. Location was the best with accessing trains (close to lines 1 and 2) and all the authentic foods, markets etc. In Summary, great hotel, nice hosts and amazing hospitality. Would come back in an heartbeat and recommend this place to anyone.

Best place to stay in Naples!! Highly recommend this place for all travelers, it was the most special stay we had in italy so far. super clean rooms that are very spacious. perfect and central location for exploring naples by foot. excellent breakfast from popella which was absolutely amazing, everything has a very special touch. the host antonio makes you feel very at home and really cares about his guests, he makes the extra effort to make sure the guests are happy and gives you the feeling as if you are staying with a family member in naples because of how kind and helpful the team is. i am not one to leave reviews but this is a very special place!

Exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, fully equipped to the highest standard, noise proof windows, extremely airy and roomy studio, perfect layout of the studio, easy access with passcode. The owners Antonio and Giuseppe would go far and beyond to suggest the must-see,must-go, must-eat in this vibrant and dynamic neighborhood, forget about cold hotel stays , here anybody will feel at ease and welcomed as in a close relatives’ home. Warning: it’s causing addiction, you will want to come back over and over again!

Location was perfect on the edge of the old town and an easy walk to the harbour, museums, shopping. It is 2 minutes from a metro and the main bus stop to the airport. The hosts were exceptional. They couldn't have done more to help and make us feel welcome. We had restaurant recommendations and breakfast was served at a local bakery. One day we received bonus warm pastries in our room - yummy. I booked a family room as travelling with my adult son so we could have a bed each and there was loads of space. The rooms have kitchenettes to cook if you want to but we found the Naples pricing very reasonable to eat out. I can recommend using the coffee booths by the station - we paid 7 euros for 2 great coffees and pistachio croissants. They are double this in any cafe. The room was quiet, cool and comfortable. We couldn't hear any other guests. The building is really old but the accommodation very modern - it all worked well.

Antonio is Awesome! it’s tricky for an American navigating Italian roads however Antonio knew this and met us at the airport to escort us and our rental cars to the unit. who does that? kids were hungry and it was midnight. He took them to an open restaurant, picked up food and brought them back. If it’s your first time in Naples contact Antonio, he will make your stay stress free. Thanks buddy!

1. The cleanliness of the hotel/ the room. Spotless! Perfect! 2. The proximity to the metro (1 minute walk) and to the train station (1 metro stop). Within few minutes of all Napoli key touristic spots and museums. 3. Nicely designed! The comfort of the bed and quietness of the room. I slept so deeply. 3. The hotel’s owners, Antonio and Raffael, are very welcoming, helpful and so kind. When I arrived Antonio provided me with a map of Napoli indicating cafe/ restaurants and sightseeing suggestions. The care I received from Antonio is beyond what I have ever received at any other places (I have traveled a lot). The humour, the hospitality, the professionalism, the kindness I witnessed and benefited from truly touched me. Antonio answered all my questions, was available at all time, responded promptly to any question or demand. I am so grateful for how well I have been welcomed and taken care of. I am definitely returning to Napoli and I will be gladly staying at Toto & Pepino Luxury Rooms Hotel. Highly recommended!!!

Well positioned near the metro station, clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely old building up two flights of stairs, which we were warned about from previous reviews. Not a problem for us. Beds were comfortable and breakfast at the local pasticceria was delicious. Communication from the owners was great and very helpful, especially organising a collection from the airport and recommending restaurants . I felt that nothing was too much trouble.
