Luigi is a wonderful host. Very helpful, and always available. He was happy to help with every request. He showed really care and interest in the comfort of our stay. The host makes you feel very welcomed and appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and elegantly decorated. You really can feel as a king and queen in Italy. The apartment was very well equipped and more spacious than expected. There are a lot of common areas to enjoy the property. The parking is a big plus, and the location is straight in the city center. Luigi doesn't offer breakfast, but instead surprised us with coupons to use in the local restaurants, giving us a choice to explore the many establishments in the area.

Nothing not to like

The property was perfect for us. The apartment was just as described with a little balcony looking over the street and a nice terrace outside the entrance door, overlooking the inner courtyard. Hosts don't come much better than Luigi. He gave us a very warm welcome and greeted us on arrival. During check-in, he explained everything, the car parking facilities were excellent and the apartment had everything we needed. Nevertheless, our host regularly asked, whether he could help with anything, or whether we needed anything in addition. It was fabulous and I would definitely recommend both our host and his lovely Palazzo to others. The Palazzo itself is centrally located and on one side borders onto the pedestrian zone with its many beautiful shops. It's just a short walk to restaurants or the regional enoteca. Asti, Alba, Bra and other cities are just a short drive away and visits to some of the many smaller wineries in the area make the trip complete.

I would give it a 10 if it had AC. I had a fan which did help two would be better. August is a very hot month in Nizza Monferrato. I like the owner very graceful and helpful.

a very comfortable room in an old Piedmontese palace building in the town centre. Luigi welcomed us and gave us bottles of local wine. he helped us to park the car inside his garage and was extremely helpful all round. the food and wine from this area are exceptional. highly recommended.

Beautiful historic building well renovated. The apartment (monological) was exceptionally spacious and very clean and the bed very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and professional. The area was central and easy to find with a navigator or Google and was as described in the host's arrival instructions.

Everything was perfect the only tiny problem was a bit of street noise at night - but nothing after midnight and not noticeable with the TV on.

The host was very attentive and helpful. The property was well kept and clean. Basic kitchen facilities but ok for an overnight stay.

Being right in the city centre with lots of bars and restaurants, it was a bit noisy at night until around midnight.

Great location center of Nizza Monferrato. Traditional building with its charm. Old building lighting and heating, sometimes charming often times eerie; ocassionally 'temperamental' ;-)

Absolutely central location. Very spacious apartments. A lot of atmosphere. Free parking in the courtyard. Friendly receptionist.

An exceptionall place, in the center of Nizza. The studio was spacious ,comfortable and beautiful.
