From someone that already went to hotels across 19 countries and 47 cities, I believe I can say this one was one of the cleanest ones. I got really surprised on how everything was so clean and worked well. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s really comfortable and fits better with the city style

One thing I’d improve is the breakfast. We got really limited options and it was not that organized. I preferred to have breakfast in the local coffees

I had the absolute best stay at Hotel Regina Elena. The staff is extremely professional and are extremely willing to help you out with booking tours, taxis, etc. They went above and beyond to help me get on a last minute tour to La Maddalena. The location of the hotel is incredible - just walking distance to absolutely everything. They offer breakfast in the morning too. The space is super clean and the rooms are cozy. Would highly recommend Hotel Regina Elena to anyone visiting Olbia. I’m planning my next trip back!

The hotel itself is amazing. Very comfortable and the staff are extraordinary, always super nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to everything you need in Olbia and easy to move from when you want to go to visit other areas. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the breakfast. Very few options and missing real Italian breakfast. But all in all it was such an amazing experience and if I do go back to Olbia I will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast choices can be improved. A lot of sweets but nearly nothing savoury. In Italy I would imagine some focaccia or a good variety of cheeses but It was only mostly cakes and tarts.

Great location in the town, lots of nice places to eat and drink very close to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast could be better. It feels that it’s not organised as well as it could be, also the hot food options especially the scrambled egg, was left out far to long on the warm plate and was quite dry and rubbery. Also no communication from the staff as regards to if you wanted tea or coffee, plus no milk left out for cereal’s. Definitely needs work on how they run the breakfast.

This is a small intimate hotel with a lot of charm in the centre of Olbia. The staff are really kind and it’s very clean and exactly what it says on the listing.

The bedroom had plastic type of drinks glasses which just get thrown away after one use. As there’s a kitchen the hotel could provide proper glasses which would be better for the environment. Same at breakfast the napkins are not biodegradable and will just end up polluting the environment.

Staff were lovely and really helpful, rooms great and facilities are good! Easy walk to cafés and the waterfront.

We'd chosen close to the centre for access to restaurants, but hadn't expected loud music close by - nothing to do with the hotel, but would caution other travellers to expect some local noise.

The hotel is situated in the center of Olbia in a great location, the front desk girls are amazing especially Carlotta & Gaia. Service was excellent, breakfast was great. Room was clean, very spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Make sure the AC is properly working thru the whole night

Kudos to staff member Francesco for going "above and beyond"! We followed the hotel's instruction to drive into the city to the free parking, but the police had blocked the road. We tried four different approaches--all blocked due to a car rally in the city that afternoon. Finally, we abandoned the car in a neighborhood and--totally frazzled--walked to the hotel. Francesco went and got our car and drove it to the hotel parking for us. The room--a junior suite with a balcony--was a good size and looked out on a pleasant piazza with a carousel. Internet and AC both worked fine. The hotel's location is central--only two short blocks to the main pedestrian shopping street and walking distance to anywhere in the old city.

The bathroom did not live up to the quality of the room. Sink counter space was marginally adequate, and the shower was the tiniest we've ever experienced. Towels were very old and thin.

Location was very good. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Not too big but enough for two people. Breakfast was ver good like a 5 star hotel. They also have a free parking which is very important if you have a car

Very nice hotel, very good location, staff are lovely. The taxi the hotel booked for us to the airport tried to rip us off with double the initial price, so we called the hotel and they argued with him on the phone and he finally gave us the right price, so I'm very thankful for this.

A little bit expensive for what it is.
