The hotel is right in the center, next to shops and restaurants, but the windows are well isolated so you don’t hear the noise inside. The rooms are super modern and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is not a buffet, but included everything we liked (croissant, toast with egg, fresh fruit, granola / cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, water). The owner was very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom showed signs of wear and tear and could use a little touch up. Parking is further away (for free), but we knew this so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Central location

Before arrival, have to make appointment for check in, hotel 4* with +200 eur night/room has no reception desk, what is pretty annoying when you arrive in hotel from long journey during night, as whole communication goes via WA before you get pass code for entrance door. Extremly slow elevator, never seen it before. Breakfast served in smal room, with poor choice of food (every day same and limited, they serve it, it is not buffet style) Room mostly in glass walls (have to be careful, specially during night), bathroom with no privacy if more than one in room. Cleanliness in bathroom is questionable.

The hotel was charming and in a brilliant location. We loved the rooftop terrace, views from our window and the hotels style. Breakfast was included and the hotel manager was really kind and allowed us to store our bags there for a couple of hours prior to check in. So many amazing food options nearby.

If you are afraid of heights you will not feel comfortable using the stairs in the property as you can see through them.

We loved the central location of the hotel, but it comes with its downsides. The hotel overlooks a busy piazza which had noise from partygoers until very late. The windows did not prevent any noise and should be double or triple glazed!

Amazing boutique hotel at the city center with private parking, elevator and nice breakfast . Rooms are beautiful and Staff is very nice and polite .

Although the hotel is well located, it is situated in a square in the middle in the middle of the city and could be a little bit noise during the night .

Room was very comfortable, super clean and a huge shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great and although it overlooks a square it was not noisy at all.

Wifi could be better, had weak wifi in the room and ended up using data but great wifi in the breakfast room

Charming and very well equipped hotel at the heart of Olbia. At the reception we were greeted by Mr. Giampaolo with an impeccable service. Accommodations are above what I expected for the price paid.

A little wear and tear in bathroom (towel rack, toilet paper rack) but nothing major

We enjoyed our stay in Olbia. This boutique hotel is wonderful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed as was the spa . Breakfast was varied and bountiful....John Paulo was a great host.

The service from the hotel manager was outstanding. When she found out we had an early flight (6am), she organised the hotel breakfast in a takeaway bag and had it ready for us to have on the way to the airport. Breakfast also was amazing, and the overall experience was personalised.
