+++ Views, pool, huge parking lot, spacey, great solar umbrellas/chairs, breakfast, horses (doesnt smell, really kept clean and well).HUUGE balcony! Reception desk worker talked perfect English -We arrived late so i got an email of instructions, which were great with pictures! However, there were some sort of renovation and access to the rooms were a bit tricky to understand because the construction work labels were only in Italian. Also, ive noticed the prices i paid through booking.com were around +30% higher charged from my credit card. Dunno why (i.e. price of the room showed 100€ on booking com but credit card were charged 130€, this should be informed in Europe).

The pool is a nice extra, the water is clean but the pool itself needs some long term maintenance

surprisingly good value for money!! rooms are really great and look better in real than in pictures! the whole place feels new and with high standard finish. For that price you will not find a better place in the region.

The AC is centralised and during the heatwave it had hard time cooling at times.

Location is very nice, especially during summer is a great location

Restaurant was under renewal therefore no possibility to have breakfast there. In any case we were informed before our arrival

Bad communication about breakfast! no open restaurant

The experience of the first time at a horse ranch. This place has tons of potential.

Breakfast is bad. The breakfast room was so hot you couldn't stay for more than a few minutes. The person who works there did not turn the lights on it was dark and gloomy. He couldn't smile once. Pastries are not fresh. Eggs look as if someone ate them and put them back after. Cakes are all store bought and not from a good place. The pool is missing parts of the structure of the bottom of the pool. No horse back riding available. No restaurant available. Rooms were big but missing a kettle or coffee machine. The fridge is tiny. One person only at reception and the line was long at check in without an air conditioner at the reception and it was hot and humid.

The B&B is located very nicely in the green. There is a big horse riding center there - impressive to watch horse jumping training. I have been there also in the past - this time breakfast was on the room. It would be better if breakfast room open.

breakfast was served to the room, the breakfast in breakfast room was very good last time - so this was a little disappointing, althought I think it was charged extra.

Large, clean room with balcony and air conditioning. Access to a swimming pool and quiet environment close to the main highway across northern Italy. The hotel has a lot of potential, but though it is attached to stables, I would not have classed this as an Agritourismo location - more a countryside hotel.

We stayed at the hotel as a stop off point on a drive home from Croatia. I used the Booking.com chat function to send our arrival time and ask for a restaurant reservation at the on-site restaurant a week ahead of time and *NEVER GOT A RESPONSE*. I then got a phone call on the day of our check-in asking when we would be arriving, and when I asked about my request for a reservation at the restaurant listed on the Booking.com page, I was told it was closed - it wasn't clear if this was a long-term situation or not. After checking in, I was given a list of potential restaurants, and we ate at "Laquolina" which was excelent. We managed to have breakfast in the bar of the stables attached to the hotel, but this was not the "Gluten-free, American, Buffet" described on booking.com.
