The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our booking said we would have an inner courtyard room but we ended up looking out at the road. We didn't make a fuss about it but without earplugs it would have been a little noisier. The hotel itself is in a nice area of Orvieto but it is about a 40 min walk to the train, just to be aware of. There are busses and a tram you can take to speed that up though.

Our stay at this hotel was most enjoyable as the staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and our room was really comfortable. All the sights of Orvieto are on the doorstep and access by bus or on foot was very easy .

Good location - not at the very center, but very close by. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and lovely. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were really comfy. We also liked that the room was well equipped for occasional work at the computer - there was a nice desk and enough space.

The breakfast was a bit basic to our taste, but it seems to be a common thing in this part of Italy. We were unable to find anything much better in surrounding cafes anyway :)

Very central hotel .clean.good breakfast. Goodsize room. Parking very secure and not expensive but not easy to access

We got difficult to follow directions to parking and no offer to leave luggage on our way to the carpark. This would create problems for anyone with mobility issues.

Good location to all shopping and sites, yet on a quieter street than some other hotels; even the rooms on the street have little traffic noise. Excellent staff. Air conditioning was great, which was much appreciated.

First room smelled a little like another guest had smoked inside but the staff quickly relocated me to a better room.

Conveniently located near Orvieto town center. Comfortable and quiet room. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Hotel provided a pass for free parking at a covered parking lot just outside the city walls.

An urban hotel that is a bit challenging to reach by car. The hotel provided clear and accurate directions that helped us find the way.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast (extra few euros) was lovely. It's right in town, just a couple minute walk from the center of town

There is nothing not to dislike. It is in a perfect location with fantastic restaurants and beautiful walks in a medieval setting.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the centre of the old town and a few steps from the bus stop which takes you to the funicular. A short walk to the Cathedral and other sights. The breakfast was simple but good and the staff polite. The room was clean, the AC worked.

Nothing to complain about.

The location was very convenient, the rooms were fine. I loved the big window which opened onto the street, yet it was totally quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was helpful and pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
