I stayed in the hotel in a top floor room with a balcony. The room was not really big but the balcony was large with an amazing view over the Harbour and the sea. The Harbour is on the distance and we could not hear any noise really. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast on the large terrace. The selection of food was nice and we could choose anything we wanted. I ordered an omelette and it was delivered nicely cooked. After our breakfast we went to the harbour and visited a Sunday market and had a lovely lunch in one of the multiple restaurants located near harbour. It is a very nice hotel and I would recommended anybody to stay there.

24th of May , one night at Palau to get on boat excursion towards archipelago La Maddalena next day early morning . 3 rooms , all with marvelous views towards the sea. The income, terrace, from the hotel offers a nice view on Palau harbour. Free car parking. 5 minutes walk to reach harbour , 10 minutes to city centre.

There was no elevator, instead a nice wooden stair to be used. Remote control from tv needs to be verified and maybe tv itself , it was not working. WiFi connection in the room too weak, needs amplified. A bit more light in the bathroom would be appreciated.

An amazing human being. I've travelled the world and it was the first time I found such an authentic human being of service to others. Thank you Adil! We will be back because of you! Giselle

Everything was great!

The view from the room was beautiful. Overlooking Palau harbour and beach below. The room was adequate even though it was on the smaller side. The bed and linens were very good and the bathroom was large for the size of the room. The room and decor are very basic and of the style you may expect in the Greek Islands eg. white wash walls and blue trim. Breakfast was a good continental style breakfast. Plenty to choose from and start the day with. This hotel is well priced for the standard. The staff were excellent.

There is no cafe or restaurant at the hotel. Although you can get a beer or coffee. The WiFi was not good.

Our whole stay was magical, the location was excellent, the Staff were excellent and very helpful suggesting great restaurants and beaches for us too. The room was spacious and clean and the sea view out of our small balcony was nice too! The Bar was very well stocked and the attendant was a charming guy too, we had many a long conversation in the evenings. All in all they all made our stay a very very nice one :)

We booked a room with extra space for our daughter but in fact it was the same bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed nearly touching each other

The location was great, even though it was up a steep hill, but the views of the port and the sea from the lobby were worth it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, gave us tips see some Islands. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast with a view on the port. Common area with the same view. The bathroom was big.

Value for money, our room was small and basic, not much space to move around especially with luggage. The rooms were refurbished and clean but the hotel had it's best days in the past. AC made an annoying sound The garden view was on the tree roots with some trash :)

The bedroom balcony had an AMAZING view across the bay at Palau towards La Maddalena - it was a pleasure sitting and watching yachts and ferries on the blue, blue sea. The hotel has some nice design features, such as the wide wooden spiral staircase and the generous ground floor front terrace. Breakfast was also generous and of a high standard. The staff were lovely - friendly, helpful and kind. The beach was a short walk away, as were ferries and boats to the islands. The cafe at the end of the road was excellent and we enjoyed the night market.

There was nothing to complain of, but a full length mirror in the bedroom is always good - and some way of having hot or cold drinks in the hotel.

Beautiful view, powerful hot shower, aircon, cleaner was great, patio area was lovely for having a drink, playing cards ect

When sleeping there is a lot of noise from the corridors and the street, our room was near the kitchen so additional noise starting for about 6am.. No towels provided for the beach. reception area is rather dull and could use more natural light

We had a room with a sea view and a terrace which was fantastic. It had to be the best view in the town! Lovely friendly staff on reception at the hotel. Comforable beds and room cleaned everyday. Good air-con in the room.

We had a room by the stairs (which was the only way up and down in the hotel), so it was a bit noisey purely through people coming and going. There is no lift in the hotel, so for people with mobility issues that would be a problem. You could buy breakfast, but we didn't. I don't feel they made the best of the fantastic views from the hotel, ie more seats outside and better 'bar' facilities. You could get a drink but had to ask the reception staff. The hotel is up a steep hill, which in the heat can be an issue.....however, its worth the sweat once you get there. I think the hotel was on the expensive side as it didn't include breakfast.

beautiful view wow! best view you could have in Palau. was near the haven and the ferry to the island. Also only 10 min walk to the citycenter. Personal was very friendly and gave us some very good tips for places to go!!

Room was not the same as on the Booking.com roompicture, which was a bit of a bummer. Was a lot smaller as we thought. Also we stayed on the first floor and downstairs they had construction workers, they started working at 8 AM and spoke really loud…
