Breakfast was lovely. The man clearing tables and bringing food was very attentive. Cleaners were amazing - running down to reception when I left a small item. Reception was nice, staff were helpful by letting us leave our bags all day before check-in, location was very useful for the beach, restaurants, boat companies etc.

Only small - It's inconvenient not being able to drink any water at the hotel. We weren't clear at check-in that this didn't just apply to the common areas - even the water in our room was not potable (sings in the common areas but not in our rooms - maybe add this?). Not much they can do about it I guess.

The location is a few steps from the harbor and convenient for taking boat excursions. Not much parking at the hotel itself, but easy to find alternative free street parking nearby. There is an all you can eat breakfast and they don't run out of things like at some places I've stayed at. There is an elevator and I had a very large room 111 with a balcony. I felt that the hair dryer really wasn't robust enough. It just didn't seem to have enough power. A very good choice if you are staying in Pulau.

Great location. 5 mins walk to the city centre and the marina with restaurants and a little market. Upgraded our room to one with a seaview. Definetly worth it. Full view of the Marina. Buy local wine, cheese, sausages or whatever and enjoy it on the balcony!! Amazing receptionist. They made you feel welcome and were always smiling. Anazing breakfast and service. They never ran out of anything. Quick to clean and refill. Great communication , advice and recommendations. Definetly recommendable!

The roome/hotel felt a bit old, but was fully functionable and great in size!!

Room is very large, nice terrace, outstanding breakfast, easy parking, 20 min walk to sailing trips and we were able to stow luggage after check out.

The door lock was tricky getting in. Front desk was staffed 24/7 so we asked for help getting in at night.

Friendly, helpful receptionist. A short walk to the restaurants by the harbour. Clean comfortable room. Simple but adequate buffet breakfast. Parking on site (limited spaces).

Rooms and furniture are a bit dated, but adequate for a night or two.

The staff especially Chiara was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. I also liked the breakfast as I met the lady chef and she was from that region and great choices.

The shower was a bit on the small side however not a problem.

Location is great, walk distance from supermarkets, shops and from the marine from where the boats leave for the to La Madalena tours. Clean, helpfull staff, suficient breakfast, good price.

Very well located and close to the port, restaurants and nightlife. Everything was walking distance including accessing a tour for the Maddalena. Free parking on the premises meant we could walk everywhere.

Great Location. Lovely view of the port from our room. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of toiletries. Breakfast good. Everything replenished quickly. Very clean hotel. Fridge in room handy. Shower was excellent.

It is in a very good location, very close to the port. The breakfast is very nice, and the room is simple but comfortable. Also, there is free parking on the streets near the hotel.
