The stuff was friendly but they barely speak English, even If you know English it is hard to make yourself understood. It was nice that he had some snacks on the hallway all the time and the posibility of making a coffee.

Having the breakfast just outside your room was disturbing if you still wanted some sleep. Too noisy. If i knew the balcony was not available I would have cancelled the stay. The building outside was under renovation. The balcony was the main reason I chose this hotel. I wish I had my towels dry every day. I had to walk a lot to the centre. It is not so close.

Arrived at this small B&B and was thrilled to find my room was large, light and the bath was the most spacious I've found in Italy (rain shower heads and lots of jets). Massimo was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions about Palermo and made suggestions that helped me save time in exploring the city. Must also mention, Rosie, who prepared our breakfast and also made sure the rooms were spotless. Exceptional staff at this property! The location was near the port and many wonderful cafes and restaurants - not to mention the major sights - are within walking distance! Highly recommend this wonderful little gem!

Renovations/construction was happening on the exterior of the building, but no work started until 8am; so it really wasn't an issue. My balcony faced another apartment building; so while there was no real view ... the swallows enjoyed the drafts every afternoon and I loved being right at their level (6th floor) to watch them pass really close to check me out!

The great location with a walking distance to the old Centre of Palermo, the lively neighborhood with busing night life and many food options close to the hotel. The room was well equipped just like a five stars hotel. The amenities were amazing. The staff were great and responding to every inquiry or problem that I had. The breakfast and sweet treats were amazing

I spent most of my day outside the complex that’s why I did not bother for the renovation a lot. However if you want to spend time on the balcony, the renovation are still not finished. I hope by my next visit the renovation are completed since i am planning to come back.

Caring owner, he called to find out the time of arrival. Helpful staff. Modern renovation. You can't hear the city noise. The hotel is located on the 6th floor of an office building. There is an elevator. Because The offices are closed at night and the building is quiet. Coffee machine and eleсtric kettle in the dining room corridor, can be used at any time. Everything was wonderful. The shower is super, with all sorts of modern things.

The only negative was that the balcony could not be used due to renovation work. I knew about the renovation, but hoped that it would be completed by my arrival. I think that from the balcony there would be a wonderful view of the port.

Great location, clean and nice room, friendly stuff, good comunication with the owner. The day we had check out, our flight was at 10 p.m. so we had late check out and stayed in the room the whole day for extra charge of only 35 Euros. that was great especially because that day was raining and we didn't know where to go from 10:00 a.m. till 10 p.m.

Breakfast could be better and it would be great to have an extra chair since it was 2 of us and only 1 chair to sit

I stayed at B&B D'Amari in Palermo for 3 days and I must report that the quality of this place is outstanding: all the furniture is new, the room was very clean, fully equipped and the bed was super comfy. Note, the location is strategic: 1 minute from the historical center and it's plenty of bars and restaurants in its surroundings. The personnel was exquisite: I was warmly welcomed by Massimo at my arrival and Rosy managed to make me smile every morning. They were both extremely professional and their customer care was impressive: when an inconvenience occurred, they promptly offered their help to fix the issue. Breakfasts were definitely satisfactory: coffee or cappuccino, juice, fresh cakes and croissants, bread, ham and cheese. I firmly recommend this place and it will be my pleasure to reserve it again for my next trip to Palermo :) Thanks for the positive experience!

Location is in a nice neighborhood next to the harbor. Rooms are nicely refurbished and cleaned. For breakfast you can choose ham&cheese toast, cereals with yogurt and a wide selection of sweet cakes.

Facade is still under renovation but it didn’t effect my stay. Unless you want to use a balcony. There’s a slight smell maybe because of lack of ventilation. Last day of my stay the electricity went off which was a slight inconvenience.

Everything. Rosy and Massimo are lovely people. I especially loved Rosy, who gives all her heart to this place. Apart from that, the room is very comfortable. You feel there like at home. Also there's a 24 h service of coffee and tea. Amazing location close to the centre (and airport bus stop)

Everything was great - but if you eat rather vegetables/fruits breakfasts, you will have to get used to sweet option (which is-unfortunately for body- delicious)

I was expressly looking for a room with balcony - and the property advertises as having balconies, which is true, but they don't say that there are works on the facade of the building and therefor balconies are not really usable right now. they only tell you this after booking and paying - which is not helpful. Then they serve breakfast after 8 - which again is not helpful if you have an early flight (as I did). Luckily, the lady who received me went out of her way to give me a few things to have for early next day. The most annoying fact however was that the ventilation in the bathroom went on and off - quite random - throughout the night. Very noisy and disturbing - and no, I had not left the light on, nor the door open.

Lovely room, excellent and very attentive host. He messaged me throughout to ensure I can access everything and provided all instructions needed. The room was very well done with all standard amenities, quite central location and only 5 mins walk to the hop-on hop-off bas (starting point too, how cool is that?). Breakfast was lovely, nothing to fault really. Very pleased with my stay and totally recommend it.
