The B&B is very well located, few minutes to the main sightseeing and with lot of options for eating around. The room was big and clean and the contact with Simona very easy.

There was no possibility to leave the luggage there but Simona shared some options. Also for breakfast you can choose salt or salty but sadly I got something I don't like and didn't have the chance to have something else, but not a big thing.

The room was large and really attractive, and in a central location close to the train station, tourist sites, and restaurants. Simona was very communicative, and kindly let us check in early when we asked if it was possible to drop our bags off before the normal check in time. Breakfast was good, and we were asked our preferences when we arrived.

It would have been nice to have a way to make tea/coffee in the room. Our room overlooked a bar that played music all day and into the night. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but if you want a quiet spot then maybe this is not the best choice.

In a great location amongst the hustle and hustle of an old part of the city with narrow cobbled streets etc Walked there with a suitcase from the train station in about 10mins. Communication with Lavina the host via WhatsApp was fantastic both before arrival and whilst there. The greeting at the property by her was probably one of the best I've ever encountered. She takes time to explain all the different parts of Palermo and places to visit etc. Room was perfect for me. Old building so the room had character. Good wifi, Good shower, little balcony to sit outside watching the people below, a small safe in the room fir your valuables, good air conditioning, good size tv with plenty channels, room was cleaned immaculately, plug socket the one side of the bed and USB port the other side so easy to charge phones at night and check out was easy as you just leave the keys in the door to the room.

Hard to pick fault with anything with this place If anything the breakfast was a bit limited and was a bit late at 8:30am Croissants and pastries etc. I had to leave at 8am on departure day and they did make me up a carry out breakfast in a bag which was very much appreciated. Only other things I can think of is that you're in a busy part of the old town so there can be some noise outside at night. Would definitely stop here again if I ever come back to Palermo.

Very central location - we were able to walk almost everywhere. Lovely room with a little balcony to sit out on which we loved. Simona was a brilliant host, very friendly and gave lots of great tips for visiting Palermo. Great breakfast included.

It’s hard to pick anything that we didn’t like! The only thing to note is that as the location is so central, it can be noisy in the evenings. This is of course not the property’s fault, and they also give us ear plugs which was very kind.

Excellent location!! Well equipped apartment. Very good breakfast. Lavina was very helpful with all the tips, where to eat, what to see….👌 We were very satisfied with our staying at Bedda Mari rooms! You can park in the ZTL zone (for paying) or in the Foro Italico street- where can you park for free and walk approx. 15 minutes to the apartment (for us it wasn’t problem at all ).

A charming room right in the centre od Palermo. Excellent location for exploring the old town. Baskets from a neighbourhood bakery were a nice touch at breakfast, and I enjoyed the excellent bathroom products provided.

As this room is right in the center, it can be a little noisy at night. The B&B graciously provides ear-plugs. Guests should be aware that the rooms are reached through narrow stairs. Neither of these were a problem during my stay - I would gladly stay here again and recommend the B&B to other travelers without reservations.

This is very good B&B in the very center of the city. Very friendly manager, easy communication and check-in and check-out. Sufficient breakfast and I would say that the choice wasa little bit better than we had in other B&Bs on Sicily.

I have nothing to complain, but for people who are very sensitive the area might be noisy at night as the street is busy. Driving to the place was a bit challenging as this is old city with very narrow streets.

Do not be put off by the outside, this property has been beautifully renovated inside. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for restaurants and bars (you do not realise this during the day, at night it comes alive!)and you can walk to the train and bus station. As others have said it’s a bit noisy at night. Very good value for money. Federica was friendly and marked some places to see in a map. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise to the lovely couple from Germany, the tables for breakfast have the room name above the table, we didn’t see it and ate the wrong breakfast. I know the owner has apologised on our behalf too.

Everything🌺😄. Located in a very vibrant yet cozy area. Lots of restaurants, bars and local shops. Easy walking distance from most good sights (Palazzoes, Cathedral, Chiesas, Markets, Theatro Massimo, etc etc. Lovely decorated - very clean. Very good breakfast. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Lavinia who gave us a warm and very informative welcome on arrival. And helped us get “settled” on a nearby parkinglot. Can only recommend this lovely little B&B👍🥰

The only thing would be the nightly noice from the street - but it is not too bad. And proper earplugs are provided.

The location of the hotel was very nice. We were able to walk to all tourist attractions. We especially liked the interior design, the design was very ergonomic. We really liked the content and presentation of the breakfast. They quickly responded to all the questions we asked via Whatsapp. They also shared useful information and links that were very useful to us. We were very satisfied.

This is not a problem of the hotel, this is very normal for Italy and Italians, I think they love to talk loudly and sing at night :D A bigger sign at the entrance of the hotel would be nice.
