Perfect location, super near to the train station and city center Check in was easy and David , the host, was helpful, Always available for any questions and gave some nice sightseeing tips The room was typically mediterranean, minimalistic but spacious and arranged of all necessary things, comfortable bed, clean linen&towels, hot shower, fridge, hairdryer, the tall mirrored wardrobe was also useful:) I also found a bottle of water and coffee pods in the room prepared for me, that was nice. So, It was a really nice stay, I would book again

Staff was great, I booked last minute (same day) as was arriving late in Palermo and the hotel I had originally gave me a lot of problems with the late check in so I needed to search for another Hotel, here they give me 0 issues with the late check in and they left the keys for me on a box. Very friendly and helpful - they gave directions of how to get to the property by train from the airport very late at night The room is no luxury but good for the price and spacious.

Just there was a little weird smell on the corridor to access the room (something like wet cloth)

The host is super friendly and he could talk really good English! And I arrived earlier before check-in time, and the host let me in and put my bags in the room. There’s ac and private toilet in the room, so everything is perfect for me!

- Nympha was so nice and cute. She cleaned up our room everyday - Very clean - Each day a big bottle of water for free - Several coffees close to the room

- Around 15 minutes to walk to Politeamo, só not the closest but really ok

Great room, big, confortable and very clean. Everything was working. The staff are gentle and available, Ninfa made sure that we had everything on the room and Davide gave us tips of what to do around the place, wich is very well located. I recommend it.

It was a lovely area to stay in, close to bus stops and it was easy to walk to do sightseeing, I would recommend this place, the staff were lovely,

We stayed only 1 night in BONORUM, but it was nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable, we found there water and something small to eat for breakfast. I appreciate that the host allowed us to do late online check-in. His quick replies to our questions were really helpful, he was making sure that everything is okay. I would recommend this place to everyone who would like to stay in Palermo centre.

Clean and nice looking room, lady Ninfa had prepared a fresh bottle of water and croissant every morning. Even though she only spoke Italian and we didn't, she seemed nice :D Very close to Lolli train station and main attractions.

The view from our room had been the opposite wall which made it quite dark.

I really like how the host took the time to message me directly about my arrival to make sure I was greeted at the door. The room was immaculate and the aircon was sublime. I had a very minor issue and the host was on hand within 5 minutes to help me out! Amazing place. Amazing service. Thank you so much! :)
