Location was great for me, a bit of a walk into the city centre but I always enjoy strolling the streets. I had a single room with ensuite which was very well equipped and comfortable. The mini bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced. The shower was excellent! All staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating of my requests.

It feels like nit-picking to mention this but the breakfast room tables could have been wiped down more often, it was a bit messy the one morning that I got breakfast in the hotel. It's only a small thing in my opinion.

Close to bus/train station, walking distance (20 min) to old town. Not so loud, even it is close to the hospital, no ambulance was heard. We have room for 3 people, therefore there was additional bed in the second "room", so it was a little separate. The room looked nice and new.

Palermo is full of trash, so at first the area does not look nice, however I think around the hotel it was safe. The windows was not really soundproof, but in the evening it was rather quiet area.

Reception staff were kind and helpful at all times. We got a suite, which is usually well beyond our price point. It was huge! Lovely terrace area outside for drinks.

The location is a bit out of the centre and, if you pick the wrong route back, it can be a nerve-wracking walk home. It’s noisy at night, but I don’t honestly think anywhere in Palermo is quiet. Cleaning could have been much better. Our beds were made daily but the sheets weren’t washed - I know because one particular stain didn’t move all week.

The size of the room was great, bed was comfortable, every day clean towels, good breakfast for the value, shower had a good pressure. Location of the hotel is quite good, close to the historical centre of the city and close to the main train station.

It was quite dusty in the room, the shower with the plastic curtain is not for cool in the hotels, carpets on the floor didnt look very clean, they should remove them. Not hotel's fault, but the neighbourhood around hotel is even more dirty as Palermo in general.

Room very spacious, simple check in and check out, nice home feeling. 15 min walk from centre of Palermo. The room was wheelchair accessible.

Next to the hospital so you listen to the emergency sound quite often but is not a big deal, we got used to it.

Nice small hotel in a quite location, no noise at night which is important to me as a light sleeper. 10 minutes walk to Central train and bus station and historic area. Nice breakfast to start the day. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Bed was a bit hard

The staff (Giovanni) was very helpful and nice. Breakfast surprisingly good for 7€ per Person. The room was clean and they cleaned It daily. Very good value for the money.

The location was a bit far from the city centre but still walkable so not a big issue.

Clean rooms and really friendly and helpful staff. We felt welcome and got all help or assistance we needed.

We had also breakfast, some fresh items such as fruits or legumes would have been nice.

The triple room actually has one room with a double bed and one more with a single. Both even have TV to it. It was the best triple room setup actually which I have ever seen so far.

The location is not far from the center but not very pleasant itself.
