Rooms were spacious and had a fantastic balcony to sit and enjoy the best bottle of red wine we had in Sicily. The general manager (although he seemed to be receptionist, bell boy and waiter) could not have been nicer even going to nearby hotel to get the bottle of red wine we loved as he had run out. Location is fantastic for all the tourist spots. my favourite hotel of the trip

Breakfast was a little basic and could have had more staff, if only to ease the workload of the GM!

Everything! The location was fantastic just outside the walls of the old town. Loredonna and Dante could not have been more helpful with everything. The terraces are fabulous and great for spending an afternoon or evenings with a glass of wine.The breakfasts are very nice.

Nothing… just make sure if you have a car and need to park close to and use when you make your reservation as parking is available but limited

What a great view from the private terrace of our room! Stylishly presented throughout, very comfortable room, decent continental breakfast, helpful staff. And they do such a good job to provide off-road parking at the property right in the middle of the city. Location is great, right by the Norman Palace and with easy walks to the cathedral, restaurants, the opera house.

Fantastic location, very close to the historic centre, on a lively street with some great cafes but away from the chaos. The room was beautiful, really spacious and airy, super clean and a balcony. We loved the great water pressure in the bathroom and powerful air conditioning.

Excellent location, bed is comfortable, staff and host are very nice. Room is cleaned daily and towels are changed which is a plus. Terrace is very nice, and bathroom was great. Even though it’s a B&B, you don’t hear your neighbors which is great as long as they’re not yelling. There is parking, and it was extremely convenient especially in Palermo.

WiFi is okay. Good enough for texting but not much beyond that. Fridge doesn’t keep anything cold either. Please see the photos. There is this very strange “art piece” chosen for the room. This was unsettling and just a very poor choice. Please consider removing this, it is VERY creepy. I’m sure the intentions are good, but this was a bad choice on artwork.

Great location for exploring Palermo and it was nice to have the terrace space outside (although it was a little noisy from the road). Staff were friendly and helped to book a restaurant on our first night. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Our bathroom was very small compared with the size of the main room. When we arrived we were told our fridge wasn't working. We were there for 6 days but no attempt was made to fix or replace it.

Loved the location - and stepping out onto the beautiful balcony which had a gorgeous sofa and chairs plus a dining table and chairs. Super easy to stroll into the heart of Palermo..cos you are literally there. Parking was a great bonus too, very easy to navigate to and great to just unload luggage and go on

The breakfast was good, but not as fresh as others we’ve tasted - lots of items in packaging. That being said, we were off peak, so I can imagine catering for a few means different approaches.

We liked the location of the B&B, it was just outside the gate to the old town where everything you want to see is just steps away but far enough away from the crowds. This is not a hotel, more of a B&B so do not expect front desk. But the 2 people who are there take good care of you. The bed was comfortable and the pillows too. The shower is very very small but is to be expected in an old building like this. It felt like it was in a safe location and the views from the hotel are so fantastic.

Fantastic location, literally right by the start of the Old town - less than 1 min walk! Very close to bus stops and the station was just a 5 min walk from the property. Beautifully clean, large and quiet suite with a very comfortable bed. The cold drink in the fridge and the snacks were very welcoming after our journey, thank you! A cozy and charming B&B immediately outside the Porta Nuova. Just a few apartments, comfortable, with a good bathroom. The breakfast served at the terrace is a must, simple with few options but very good. I suggest the excellent cappuccino. If driving a car, try to reserve a place at the hotel (there are only 3 places). If you need suggestions, restaurants, places to go, Dante, the manager will do his best to solve any problem. Even without reservation, he managed to rearrange the cars at the parking to make an extra space for us.

The only "problem" is the distance from the hotel to the main points if interests and good restaurants. It is necessary to walk around 1 km to go to the most vibrant part of the city. It is possible to take a taxi but they are rather expensive.
