Convenient location, friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean, had comfortable beds, and included all the necessary amenities. Daily room service helped keep everything fresh and tidy. The breakfast deserves a special mention - it was truly outstanding! There were plenty of options for mains and an exceptional variety of delicious local desserts and pastries. The opportunity to make fresh orange juice was a nice bonus. :) Traveling with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter, we were all very happy with our experience here. We would definitely recommend it to others.

The only minor issue was that the shampoo was missing. I assume we could have used the shower gel, but since our daughter has sensitive skin, I decided to buy a small bottle for just 3 euros at a nearby pharmacy. So it wasn’t a big problem.

We loved everything at Breakfast and the all the Staff were really very kind and helpful. We told them we’re looking forward to hopefully coming back next year. Really great people!!!❤️❤️

We really can’t think of anything negative!! From the Reception Desk, that they were always very helpful and kind to staff all around the hotel, so we have nothing but praise. Then we must say that your Chef made the most delicious meals the times that we did eat my dinner in the hotel. He is absolutely a Top Notch Chef. and have told our friends what a great hotel and food there is!!!

The staff were extremely considerate and helpful. I checked in to find that my room hadn't been cleaned after the departure of the previous guest and spoke to the person at the desk to let him know I would need some fresh towels (they had been left in the bidet and sink). He was extremely apologetic--I felt guilty, as my comment had in no way been intended as a complaint--and sent someone up to the room immediately, kept apologising profusely, and offered me free dinner in the hotel restaurant (which I politely declined, out of guilt). This reflects the standard of service at this hotel, which was excellent.

The WiFi occasionally cuts out--not too often, but this happened a few times during my stay. Otherwise, the quality of the connection was excellent .

The staff were great! The view from the window in the room was nice. The location of the hotel is good, everything is so close.

All the noise from the outside and neighbouring rooms, which becomes exhausting at night. The fridge wasn't working. The room was too small and tight especially at the desk. The pillows weren't comfortable to me personally, however as this is individual, it can be different for other guests.

Great location and very friendly personal. They do offer to park the car in the garage close to the hotel and let us to keep the baggage in the reception after the check out. Good enough variety of the breakfast offer and close to the main tourists streets.

It was stuffy in the room during the hot day and air conditioning was not activated in the hotel at that time but we were able to open the window, would not consider as a negative here. All the rest was good.

This hotel was a one night stop during our road trip through Sicily. The hotel is clean and in an excellent location. It is on a busy street but we could not hear the traffic and is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Palermo. Plenty of restaurants around the area too. We parked our car in an underground garage about 150 metres from the hotel for about 15 Euro for 24 hours.

This hotel offers what you would expect form an Ibis chain. Located in an area with many good restaurants, supermarkets and tourist attactions. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Parking was difficult - a common issue in Palermo. The car was not really needed during our stay as most of tourist attractions are within walking distance form this hotel.

Great location, very good facilities for wheelchair user, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Room cleaning excellent. Comfortable and spacious room.

I had no view from my window other than a plastic ivy covered screen. It would have been nice to see the sky.

- we were traveling witch little children, dinner was a bit too late for us and we needed to wait a bit too long for our meals (we were first time in Italy, it might be a standard in this country, I'm not sure)

Not really a big complaint but the furniture in the rooms was quite dated (but the room was very large which was good) and you could occasionally hear people in the next room talking
