Very spacious room and large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. Ricardo was a super gracious host, he was very happy to chat and give helpful advice and answer any questions. He made an excellent coffee and breakfast each morning. Our balcony was lovely and the view was beautiful. Very close to the market and down town, and yet, very quiet at night. Some wonderful places to have a meal or glass of wine close by. We would recommend Kemonia Bed and Breakfast to all wanting a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Palermo.

The place was very comfortable, we enjoyed the balcony with the beautiful view, the good coffee, and the perfect starting point to explore Palermo from. The host is very friendly and welcoming and helpful. We could leave our luggage on both the first and last day of our trip which was very nice! Would definitely recommend or book again! :)

Our host Riccardo was very helpful and punctual and we really appreciated his efforts to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great, he put some extra attention to our tastes. The room was very spacious and very well furnished, I liked it a lot. The view to the mountain was marvellous too. The bathroom was huge and very convenient. As we visited in January, it was a huge advantage that the room was warm and cosy. We surely had everything for a great stay!

The internet connection was somewhat slow and a bit intermittent from time to time. It rained rather often (no surprise in January), so we realized the location was not as very central as we might have wished, so walks in the rain were just longer than needed.

The room was very good, clean, spacious, very well located and the balcony with a great view of the mountains is a big plus. The best part was our fantastic host Ricardo who made sure we were looked after from before our arrival to the end of our stay. His kindness and friendliness are second to none. If we ever come back to Palermo, we’ll book again!

Riccardo was very kind and helpful. The location was reasonable, and the nearby paid parking was convenient.

On arrival by car there were no clear instructions on getting into the property; the apartment was on the 4th floor of 38B, not 38 as stated on Booking.com. We were double parked on a busy street so as to offload our bags, and finally got in after calling Riccardo and receiving appropriate information. Everything went well after that!

The host was very kind and provided attentive service, including breakfast and coffee. The room was cleaned daily, and the entire property was spotless. The location is excellent for accessing markets and nearby towns. If I visit Palermo again, I will definitely stay there.

The host is super helpful and speaks perfect English. The B&B is very clean and the room is big. The private bathroom is also of decent size. All tourist attractions are easily walkable and there are many restaurants nearby. The host also prepares a very generous breakfast every morning. It's also easy to get to the airport. You can take the bus or the train. We preferred the train and walked a few minutes to Palermo Lolli station. Suggestion if your flight is late and you're looking for a last swim before: The train to the airport stops in Capaci. My partner and I stopped there and enjoyed a few hours on the beach before continuing towards the airport.

The private bathroom is right opposite the hallway. We didn't mind going that 1 metre through the hallway, but take note that it's not inside the room.

The location was perfect, close walking distance to everything yet still quiet! Facilities were great we had our own bathroom and a mountain view from our balcony. The breakfast provided was delicious and our host was extremely helpful and friendly! Loved it!

Our stay in Riccardo‘s B&B was amazing! Riccardo was very welcoming and accomodating and he made sure we had the best time at his B&B. He gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area - we would come back here anytime!
