The location of the hotel was better than we expected. The whole city is just two minutes away, and you are in the center of the tourist attractions in an instant. Even though our flight was delayed for two hours, the manager was concerned about us and called to confirm where we were and when we would arrive. The hotel is located in a business building, and there is a 24/7 security guard. When you come to the door of the building, the guard opens it. This made us feel safer. You are given a coupon for breakfast, and with this coupon, you can have breakfast at Cafe de Paris, which is 2 minutes away. We would also like to thank the staff at this cafe. They were very attentive to us. There are also various snacks such as coffee, cake, and croissants in the establishment. The room was better than we expected. We have stayed in B&B hotels before, but this was like a real hotel room. It was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious for two people. If I come to Palermo again, I would definitely choose this establishment again.

The only downside is that the hotel is in a pedestrian area, so the street is full of shops. At night, trucks deliver goods to these shops, and the noise can be disturbing. Since Palermo is a hot city, we preferred to sleep with the window open, but some nights we woke up from our sleep. But it is still worth staying here.

I was actually booked into another property where the air conditioner broke in the building just after I checked-in and needed to find somewhere fast! Wow, did I have the best luck ever because I was this property was amazing. Everything was new, exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge in the common space and lots of small snacks if you wanted. The location couldn’t be better, right in the downtown heart of Palermo and very quiet! It is in a secure building so being a solo woman traveller I felt very safe. Gaetano made the check-in and out very easy and was fast to respond, especially since I came in at midnight! I will be back sooner than later. Thank you Gaetao

The hotel's location could not have been better, situated in the center of the city, allowing easy access on foot to most of the major sights. Breakfast was served at a nearby coffee house situated on a charming pedestrian street. The host was extremely helpful in all regards.

The room on the third floor initially assigned to us didn't quite meet the expectations set by the website. However, after paying a bit more, we were offered a newly renovated room on the second floor, which was truly excellent. It had a balcony, nice furniture and decoration, a luxurious bathroom with hot water (not lukewarm), window shutters, an electric fan on the ceiling, and an almost silent air conditioning/heating unit. Everything in that room was perfect, and we were truly enjoying our stay.

Sicilian hospitality at its best! Gaetano and Patrizia were most welcoming, helpful and reassuring. The facilities are super clean, the location is perfect and security is excellent with a 24 hour concierge. They also provided great advice on places to visit and restaurants . I had a technical problem with cell phone and they were able to direct me to the right solution. They are always available by phone or WhatsApp for assistance. Excellent hosts! Have already booked 2 other stays with them. They are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

the B&B is located at the 3rd floor of a building with 24/7 doorman, very protected from the street and super central. Despite being on one of the main streets in the centre, the room was very quiet. in the common area of the apartment you'll find simple but useful amenities (i.e. coffee machine, tea maker, a small fridge, etc and breakfast is possible in a nearby place in a very nice area, where you can seat outside and enjoy local pastries and a very nice cappuccino.

the double room I was in, is perhaps a bit small for two people, but very comfortable for one.

Lovely light room with plenty of space and good bathroom. All very clean and beds made up/ new towels each day. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to and saw lots of Palermo. Plenty of restaurants close by, and buses/airport transfers in easy walking distance (5 mins max).

Host is very responsive and helpful, using WhatsApp - would be good to make connection before we arrived to speed up the check in process

When we arrived, we did not exactly see, where the B&B is located; but a short phone call with the host (Gaetano) solved this.

Really friendly staff who went out of their way to help us with recommendations, accommodating an extra guest, sorting out our transport to the airport and the lowdown on the local sights restaurants etc. spotless rooms with really comfortable beds, aircon and ceiling fan which were more than up to the hot weather. We missed breakfast as we were leaving early but lots of snacks, hot drinks, juice, chilled water etc also available.

The owner helped us all to leave early & we were able to get breakfast very close by at Spinnato restaurant! He went beyond what any other hotel manager did for us while in Sicily!

A little noisy at midnight on Saturday night but that is what happens every where in Palermo. No one can control noise AND it stopped immediately around 11:30pm-12 because the restaurants closed.

Beautiful spacious room in Sicilian style with a large modern bathroom Change of towels daily. Also regular change of sheets Plenty of snacks & espresso machine for coffee lovers available AC & overhead fan is certainly a plus in such heat Thank's to Gaetano who is the perfect host & gentleman
