The accommodation type is b&b. Breakfast is served to your room with choice of basic things (e.g. eggs, toast, jam, coffee). What I really like about this accommodation is central location. It is very close to Massimo Theatre. I was checking in to the property and midnight, so I had to self-checking via messaging (following instructions). Hosts allowed me to leave baggage after checking out, which was a nice bonus to this booking.

Perhaps, because it was very late getting into property, I found it challenging to find it. For anyone trying to find it, it has a sign in front of brown door. It is small.

Staff very nice, they meet all your needs. I could check in 2 hours earlier. The room is nice and comfortable, with a big tv and a small balcony. Central location. Breakfast is simple but made with care. The only thing was that there was a problem with the door of the room I had initially booked and so I got a smaller room, but it was fine.

A small fridge would be good in the room, in order to have cold water during the hot summer months.

The lady was so cute and kind. She has put some small chocolates at our room. That was nice. Also she helped us with pleasure for check-in facilities and reserves our luggages. Everywhere was clean. The room was small but with a lot of daylight.

The bathroom was so small. It was a little bit hard to move inside. Breakfast was delicious but only contains sweet tastes.

- view form the window to the wall of opposite bulding, very dark in the room (but after crazy night it could be a plus :P )

Very clean and comfortable… so close to the Teatro, Cathedral, great shops and restaurants… perfect for a city trip. Palermo is wonderful esp if you are a foodie! The market starts 100m away … what an amazing place!

It was very stylish with a lovely contemporary feel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfasts amazing! The rooms were very modern and rustic.

The pool needs more sun lounges.

The location was very good.Very close to the centre and the stores and restaurants.

At first the room that they gave is to stay was not the one that was shown at photos.There was no sun light at all.I must say that they changed the room only when we complained to booking The other room was better.It has at least sun light but not the proper furniture The bed, one small table and a closet .Nothing to put on some things..Then they have not cleaning our room for all the 3 days we stayed there. Not even making the beds.We have to ask for toilet paper at night when we came back to our room and trying to find out where they are keeping them by ourselves. The breakfast was so pure.We have to chek one thing from a list like a tost or pancakes or something like that and a cooffe.Thats it.That was the breakfast.The air conditioning was placed on the wall facing the bed thing which is completely wrong because we had all the cold air on our bodies.We stayed completely disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ Absolutely not recommended.
