We went for rest and relaxation which was what we got. The hotel was small (only 11 rooms) and most guests went out for the day so we had the pool area to ourselves. The hotel was family owned and run by two sisters who were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The chef was also very helpful and cooked us a number of different meals away from the main menu as we were there for a total of 10 days and unable to travel elsewhere to eat

Although the hotel had a restaurant we planned to visit other local restaurants in the nearby towns. We had decided not to hire a car as I have mobility problems and am unable to walk very far so we were planning on using taxis to take us door to door. Unfortunately there were no local taxis in the area and any taxi had to come from Bari Airport 20km away which made any taxi for short distances very expensive

Villa delle Querce Resort was nicely located countryside with few kilometres to the nearest town. The big well-maintained garden and the lovely pool area was very nice, with lot of seating areas with comfortable garden furniture’s as well as sunbeds. The breakfast was served at the terrasse, and you find most of what included in a classic breakfast including a lot of Italian sweets and good coffee. We stayed in newly renovated rooms with very nice bathrooms, and everything was very clean and there were towels for the pool. The restaurant has open for both lunch and dinner and we had lunch of an okay quality but think the price was a bit to high for what it was. I would for sure come back, staying for some relaxing days. Both the owners and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Overall we liked everything, be aware that it most convenient to have a car if you would like to visit one of the small small towns for dinner.

Very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings, stylish decor and calm, relaxing ambiance. Breakfast was very rich compared to typical Italian colazione:) What enchanted us the most was very attentive and positive staff, we felt very welcomed ♥️

Nothing! Everything was very nice. The one tiny thing though - telephone coverage was poor... But wifi connection worked well.

A charming and historic resort-like property in a rustic setting. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and park-like, surrounded by olive trees, several terraces with seating areas, a pool, and a hot tub room. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful country setting.

great property, lovely chill atmosphere, the size and layout of the property was fantastic, the restaurant for dinner was great, staff was perfect - especially the lady at breakfast and everything else, seems like she is running the show and she is super at it.

breakfast was a bit on the weak side, there could have been a few more bread, cereal and egg(maybe on request) alternatives. Also, the owner needs to do a visit to the flea or antiques market so they can remove the IKEA-like furnishings in the rooms that do no justice to the wonderful pieces in the rooms!

Beautiful grand villa in stunning spacious grounds. Interesting decor with many antiques and interesting artefacts. Wedding venue areas looked great. Plenty of outside seating. Limited menu but nicely cooked and presented. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Pool towels supplied. Bed comfortable.Helpful friendly staff.

Superior room was rather cramped but had good size bathroom. No bar but bar service available.

Amazing place and hospitality from the owners Paola and Silvia. Always ready to help with smile and kindness. The staff Amazing hospitality, remember everything what we like for breakfast, how we like them and good recommendations for wine and food. The garden very beautiful, you feel generally like you're at your home. Quite area, listening the birds singing!!

A rural retreat nestled among olive groves - a wonderful place to relax and unwind. It is a small hotel with lots of interesting decor and the right level of quirkiness. The staff were brilliant (esp. Vittoria & Nichola who we had most interaction with) - nothing was too much trouble - really warm and welcoming. The menu wasn't huge, but the food was delicious!! The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet - we had a great night sleep. We stayed one night as it was only a quick trip, but felt relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend.

Our balcony was a little tatty and would benefit from a bit of attention.

The equipment as the pool were not active that is normal for the period , some works were in progress, all this was not mentioned. One important point, no real hot water in the rooms, only warm, the good equipment such as the jacuzzi bath cannot be used except if you are amateur of cold diving

We stayed there during the visit to Puglia, for our last night. The room looked brand new, and the bedding was white as snow. The bed itself was very comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean, just like everything else, with a large (no longer working though) fireplace. There's plenty of parking space thoughout the olive trees (which is a nice feature), and it does not look like it will ever be an issue. It is located ~30 min drive from the Basilica San Nicola, and Bari old town, so having a car is a must. Me & my spouse, also had dinner, fish with olives, which both of us found delicious and very reasonably priced. The olive oil, local made, and breads, made by the chef, were great as well. The breakfast was superb, it had eggs, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses and sweets, it's more the plenty to keep you energized.

Apple Maps had the wrong address (so did Booking.com app), and we had to circle around the town to find it. (The actual coordinates are: 41.03518217850958, 16.67820586771875). There were plenty of signs, but somehow we managed to miss them. The lighting during dinner was much too bright.
