The location, atmosphere and friendliness of staff was second to none! It is truly a family run hotel and you could tell how the owners prided themselves with ensuring guests are made to feel welcomed and at home. The grounds were stunning and the food excellent. The chef went out of his way to ensure that, as vegetarians, we had plenty of choice and options for our meals.

The only thing that I think could have been improved was the selection of lunch options by the pool. Some tasty, fresh sandwiches and salads would have been perfect!

A beautiful, old but maintained villa with a beautiful garden with waterfalls and facilities, once a monastery, exudes the beauty of the past. It is organized for larger solemn celebrations and weddings, but it retains the necessary intimacy if you are traveling alone or as a couple. The room is spacious, airy and bright, the bathroom is maintained and has a view of the garden. I was particularly impressed by the antique parquet floors, which are very difficult to find in such good condition today. Breakfast is typical Italian, sweet, but with enough variety and salty food. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional, there is a feeling that they are like a big family. The garden pool is spacious and well equipped. Recommendation for a restaurant within the hotel, reserve a table in time. The food is extremely well prepared and tasty.

This is a very elegant hotel, with lots of historic bits to it, a massive swimming pool and in the middle of the countryside. Super super pretty and would be awesome for weddings as well. We had great value at the restaurant which was very elegant but yet the same price as all other restaurants we had been to

For us this place was what Italy trip was all about. It is like stepping in to another world and living the history. Our room was upgraded to the junior suite and we were taken care of very well by our gracious host at the reception. I think she was one of the Luppis family member. Garden is simply beautiful and perfect place to enjoy the afternoon and the breakfast. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. This restaurant is so beautifully decorated I felt like dining in a palace. Our waiters just could not do enough for us. The are building a spa which I cannot wait to see. I just like to thank everyone who took care of us so beautiful. I cannot wait to visit here again.

I did not like it that I had to leave

Wonderful luxury country hotel with lots of history and atmosphere. The hotel is family owned and we have been visiting for more than 20 years. The huge park is amazing. A big plus is the excellent restaurant with open air seating overlooking the park, candle light romantic setting, serving a variety of delicious meat and fish dishes, along with a great wine selection. The owner family and entire staff are charming and did everything to make our stay exceptional.

The property is centuries old and you should not expect a polished place in all aspects. The atmosphere in this elegant and romantic setting in the beautiful Italian countryside is really unique and the owner family have made constant upgrades in recent years, like the huge pool which is a real treat in summer. You will benefit from having a car to make day trips to nearby towns like Portobuffole or Pordenone, or even to Venice, which is only a 1 hour drive.

The moment I set foot on the property, I was greeted by the serene beauty of the surrounding countryside, which immediately whisked me away to a world of tranquility. The well-maintained gardens, lush greenery, and peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself is a testament to refined elegance and timeless beauty. The careful preservation of its historical features, combined with modern amenities, creates a harmonious blend of past and present. From the tastefully decorated rooms to the intricately designed common areas, every corner of Villa Luppis exudes sophistication and charm. The genuine care and attention provided by the staff made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The amenities at Villa Luppis further enhanced the overall experience. The on-site restaurant delighted my taste buds with its exquisite cuisine, showcasing the finest local ingredients and traditional flavors.

The location is surely a hidden gem, around 1 hour from venice airport. It has a 1000 year long history where the current family has it now for 8 generation. first hosting diplomates and other guests including Napoleon. The last 20 years changing to a hotel that has unique history, Fantastic team, Fantastic food and drinks. thanks for this Fantastic experience.

The stay at this villa is just exceptional, there is an aura of peacefulness, the setting, and the place takes you to a journey of a peice of Italian history. Set out on beatiful Italian gardens with fountains and well kept dining tables and chill out areas, villa Luppis is the real place to unwind relax and find a charming place. The staff are super helpful and very professional, bfast is served with a charm in one of the rooms with a baroque feeling,restaurant is on another and a big dining hall on another part of the villa. A magical place in the middle of beautiful Italian countryside. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and gardens surrounding Villa Luppis make it a perfect getaway. The restaurant serves delicious food and offers quality wine. Having a dinner with a view of fontana and garden as the dusk slowly settles in, makes it an unforgettable romantic experience. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We were visiting family and the Villa Lupis was a perfect location for our needs. It was quiet, the staff was amazing, the grounds were stunning and the rooms were more than comfortable. The pool area was an amazing place to rest in the afternoons. We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel.

I have no suggestions for improvement. It was perfect.
