The whole property is just stunning offering highly professional services. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The rooms are spacious and I can tell they really pay attention to every detail to make you feel good, relaxed and comfortable. The bed was super comfy and the bed sheet was dreamy soft I actually wanted to steal it. :) Super clean very modern bathroom with shower you don't want to leave. :) The hotel restaurant is offering decent variety of food and the meals were delicious. I loved the breakfast as well! The pool experience was exceptional too. Water was just perfect temperature. Again everything was great. I couldn't feel more relaxed watching the beautiful sunset over the property. Really worth to visit! I will definitely come back!

The rooms were spotlessly clean and really well furnished. Clearly a lot of thought had gone into the design. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. Lovely swimming pool area, next to a historic fort. The general vibe of the swimming pool area was great too.

Due to the layout of the hotel the terraces felt overlooked and not private (they abut the walkway to the swimming pool and general entrance). This was quite surprising to us for the price paid. N.b. the rooms booked through Booking seem to have different names at the hotel, which led to some confusion when we arrived.

There was construction work at the hotel during our stay, which meant noise heard within our room in the morning, and also at the pool. Not something that should be acceptable in a hotel of that price range. The breakfast was brought to the rooms, was generous and had everything you need - quality is OK.

The atmosphere!

From the upper floors you can see the terraces downstairs with people unwinding in hot tubs that make horrible noise because of the bubbling. There is no restaurant on the premises, but they do offer you the dinner that you have to order before 18.30 ( which is early and inconvenient when you are on your way driving) We managed to order food for dinner but it was tasteless and expensive! The local wine was good though!

Staff were so passionate, energetic snd friendly. Pool was increasable and very calm and peaceful. Location is great for accessing Lake Garda, Verona and the mountains on the East of Lake Garda.

Hard to find as big metal gate for car access made it like the lair of a Bond Villain - haha. Reception was not signed. Sheets weren’t so good in my view and I never used the terrace hot tub. Breakfast was plentiful, simple and tasty but you need to fill out the sheet everyday.

Everything! Starting with the way they greeted us as we arrived, through amazing winter experience and ending with the way they offered Cappuccino early in the morning before we left to the airport. Everyone were so nice and inviting! And the breakfast was really one of the best we've had, anywhere...

Only small thing I'd change - we would have loved for the jacuzzi in our room to be hotter... That's it. Everything else was perfect!

Very nice location. We arrived early and were offered a welcome drink (local wine) and could check in early. The concept (gold finish) was applied throughout. Nice room, big bed and good bathroom. The host explained everything well. The sauna and hot tub were put into operation for us. It is a bit small but scheduled for limited number of people which is OK. The dinner in the small restaurant was excellent, although the restaurant area looks a bit basic. The pool area outside is very nice, because of the early season we could not use it. We will definitely come back!

Excellent facilities, nice outdoor pool area and amazing fortress. On arrival we were welcomed by a great Tunisian staff member which showed us the room and how to operate the sauna etc.

Wish this could be empty, but we have to mention the staff member which was very unprofessional during check-out, took another call on her mobile and told us to lower our voices which were not loud.

Brand new luxury hotel in a building facing the ancient Austrian castle, very accurate design in both rooms and common spaces, kind and professional staff, outstanding choice and superb quality of breakfast (also possible with room service). Very nice wine tasting soirée in the cellar (paid separately). Since we came in December we could not use the outdoor swimming pool but it looks very nice as well.

Nothing serious. The outdoor Spa is very nice but also small, separate booking recommended (included in the room price). Pricing is above the average but adequate to quality

staff & breakfast amazing views

the first night we booked a regular room which was absolutely perfect- jacuzzi in a private terrace and best value for money. breakfast was absolutely superb and the staff was so sweet! we wanted to stay one more night and the only room that was available was the suite- the most expensive room in the hotel, and to be honest, the room at the first night was so much better! the suite didn’t have a balcony or a jacuzzi, so I don’t understand why it’s overpriced (: all in all, one of the greatest hotels around
