Beautiful resort by Perugia, and I wished I could've stayed there longer! It was an absolutely gorgeous historical property and the room was supremely well appointed. The lobby feels so cozy and nice and the staff were wonderful! The breakfast is incredible and had a ton of choices and I'm sure the restaurant is amazing too, but we were there only for a festival in a nearby town so didn't get to sample it. There are beautiful gardens to walk through with the dog, and the area around feels like a real oasis and relaxation center. I would go back in a heartbeat and we absolutely loved this hotel.

Nothing, it was amazing!

Although the hotel is just 15 minutes away from Perugia airport, the feeling is that you are in a far-away retreat. A beautiful garden around the hotel with ancient trees, the historical buildings and a nice swimming pool create a special atmosphere. The staff were super friendly.

a beautifully and respectfully restored villa with the same attention to staff and their service :) restaurant is also worth the trip - we’ll be back also for that. Room was welcoming and really comfortable bed. Slept better than. I have in ages.

The immediate surroundings outside are a bit “meh” but there’s so much green and garden around within. Having to pay for spa entry separately wasn’t ideal - I’d love to see a “stay & spa” package here on Booking.com. The spa is new and it’s a little gem. I recommend booking at least one spa session! We had the spa all to ourselves (just luck) and enjoyed every minute.

Extremely helpful and efficent reception staff. Spacious and private grounds. Wonderful hotel building combining old world charm and modern facilities. Large well equiped clean rooms. Plesant pool and outdoor area.

Difficult to find fault but if pushed would say that maybe bar staff could make an effort to be as friendly as reception staff. Service good but felt they were stressed at times.

Small and quiet hotel. The room was large with comfortable bed. Free parking at the hotel is adventage. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The hotel is more 3 than 4 stars, need some renovation at all. Breakfast was pure but okay in general.

Check kettle in 408 it doesn't turn off and dangerous and air conditioning didn't do well and wouldn't go on on the last night

Spacious and quiet with lovely grounds. Restaurant/breakfast staff were very friendly (breakfast was great, best croissant I had on our trip in Italy)

you feel yourself like a prince and princess living in a lovely small palace. very clean, and well decorated. staff is friendly and helpfull. breakfast is good, coffee is good. has a very tasty elegant restaurant which you can have a good dinner.

It’s a beautiful property in the countryside in the very small town. The hotel restaurant Pantagruel is excellent to dine in. Dinner was very good and we enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. I would recommend the property to visit in summer time. It has a pool outdoor and spa. Unfortunately there is not that much to do if you arrive after 5 pm. The winery was closed and we could not do wine testing or truffle hunting.

Breakfast was very limited and simple. Coffee was not good that surprised me. I would say hotel is overpriced.

Beautiful setting, friendly and helpful staff, great food, lovely spa and pool, which was welcome given the heat! An oasis of tranquil calm.
