Room with a front facing balcony. The room was spotless, clean, and smelt fresh. As we arrived early, the manager phoned as soon as the room was available. This add on is from the 6th July........... As i got the opportunity to stay there again only 2 weeks later, i jumped at it. Again the hotel staff were excellent. The location of the hotel is very central yet just inside one the old city wall and facing the porta (gate). The manager told us of all the local walks, and the pastry shops and supermarket nearby. His restaurant recommendations, with some 10% off vouchers made it easy to navigate for dinners.

The location - it's right in the center of town with all sights, lakeside, restaurants etc. 3 minutes away. It also offers parking onsite with an affordable price (13 euro). The room was beautiful, spacious and modern, with a balcony, huge TV, super comfy bed. Alessia at the front door was super nice and helpful.

It's expensive, like very expensive, but it's the center of Lake Garda so you expect that. The only real fault in the room was the shower - the cabin was tiny, claustrophobic even. The breakfast is offered in a cafe downstairs and it's a menu, not buffet. It's yummy food, but we spent like an hour waiting for our order and it only opens at 8:30, so on the day of departure we couldn't have breakfast because we had to leave early. One thing if you are stupid as I am -> one of the first photos on Booking for this hotel is the pool, so I thought the hotel has a pool. I was mistaken, there is no pool.

Location is absolutely perfect, for staying and visiting Peschiera and the lake. They have parking available, should you require it and also the cafe attached for breakfast and coffee is perfect. The staff were very welcoming from the moment we checked in, until our time to leave. Comfortable rooms and very clean. Local to many restaurants and bars, I look forward to staying here again in the future, having visited the area a dozen times over the years.

Emanuel was so friendly and helpful in checking us in. Our room was fantastic and lovely and clean and comfortable. Great amenities. The hotel was in a great location and the Cafe on the ground floor was fantastic. Lovely food and drink all day long. The staff there were also lovely. Very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on the central island of peschiera and is surrounded by amazing eateries and bars. It was only a 15 minute walk from the train station and was a lovely place to return to after a long day out and about.

I have very little to complain about! The shower was a little small. And it was hard to keep the water from getting into the rest of the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is amazing. 15 Min walk from the train station and a couple of minutes from anything else, in the heart of Peschiera. The room we had was petty tiny, however it had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean. The hotel does not have a classic reception with bars or restaurants. It has a detached small reception and an affiliation with the bar below, which serves very nice food. The entrance is not on street so it's not super easy to find. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly helpful, passionate and friendly. Highly recommend!

Just add more signs to get to the hotel from the other side of via 24 Maggio when people arrive by foot.

The hotel is in the heart of Peschiera del Garda close to many restaurants, bars and activity areas (harbour, biking trails, beaches, etc.) which are walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful, I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to discover the town, the lake and its surroundings.

The parking of the hotel is relatively small but there are plenty of parking spaces in the neighbourhood in 1-2 min walk from the hotel.

Location wise it is fantastic - central and easy to arrive by car, with convenient parking on site. Room - We had the standard room which is fine, bed was comfortable. Breakfast - There is a cafe at the hotel and they served a very good breakfast, highly recommended. Serve - great!

Cleanliness (questionable) - The room assigned to us had an ammonia pee smell in the toilet. We weren't sure if it was poor drainage or poor housekeeping, we had a bad night's sleep as we only got into the room in the evening. However when we told the reception, they immediately changed the room for us and got us a nicer room, so thank you for the great service!

All the staff were so friendly. We especially want to mention eaman on reception so helpful and nice to chat with nothing too much trouble thank you. Also lovely girl served us breakfast/brunch 10.30 to 2 oclock each morning and gluten free choice so happy. Good value too choose three dishes. Fresh towels water each day. Great location very central. Walking distance to the hub of lake garda. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really.

The location was perfect. About a 15 minute walk from the train station which was really handy. The hotel was also near the lake so getting around was really easy. The hotel was clean and fresh. The staff were super friendly and really helpful when we needed information like booking ferry's, taxis, etc. Would definitely stop here again. Lots of restaurants, shops, nearby.

Wasn't really anything we didn't like. We were travelling around Italy so had fairly big cases which made the room seem a little small, but that wasn't an issue.
