Beautiful surroundings, the hostel is in a good location. Basically clean rooms and nice staff.

Basically nice and helpful staff, which is why it was a bit strange that they didn't take care of a few things. The valve of the toilet tank did not close properly, which could not be repaired after 2 days of repeated attempts. Not even a plumber came out. The constant dripping could be stopped by tapping the tank. There was no toilet paper in the common toilet. Thin walls.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings, friendly staff who couldn't be more accommodating. Easy to check in and out, it was great to have our own little apartment and had all the equipment you need for simple dinners. WiFi and smart TV were a great addition for relaxing after long days of adventuring. I would love to stay here again.

Really clean, excellent facilities, very comfy and bigger than expected. We were checking in late and the staff made the process smooth and easy which was much appreiciated!

Could have provided more soap and toilet roll initially for a one week stay, but I think we were able to get more from reception so not a problem. Would also be useful to provide basic cooking ingredients e.g. salt and pepper, oil etc.

The hotel is very nice and well located, only a few minutes away from passo Valles. The toys for kids were a big plus and also the spa area was nice. The restaurant in front of the hotel is extremely good.

Breakfast could have been better, a pity no fresh mountain products were included: no fresh milk or yoghurt.

Everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable apartment… the views were breathtaking … excellent service from the staff… the breakfast was very good aswell….would definitely stay there again 😊

The location of the Hotel Panorama is great, although there's always a mountain to cross. So keep in mind a longer travel time to get somewhere in the Dolomites. We loved the solitude of the surroundings! It is a apartment, but towels, soap and toiletpaper are provided!

The balcony of the apartment we had on the 1st floor had a high railing so we did not have direct view of the mountains. I would like to stay on a higher floor next time. You can see the mountains from anywhere though.

The apartment I got is spacious, comfortable, clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the balcony is large and the view is spectacular. Overall the place is really good.

The location is not the best if you wish to have a littlebit of nightlife or just people around you. In summertime the bar is not open, so there is only one option to have a drink, in the hotel on the other side of the road, otherwise the place is dead after 9 PM.

Huge, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful personel, location just on the slope, decent breakfast.

Sauna is available only till late afternoon, it is closed in the evenings.

Comfortable, spacy rooms, proximity to slopes and big parking lot. Great view from our room!

There was no kettle, but it wasn't a big deal - you can boil water in pot ;)

Absolutely perfect location, direct access to the ski slope, beautiful weather and skiing. We stayed in an apartment with a separate entrance, including the possibility to park right at our entrance, which suited us absolutely.

Poorly equipped kitchen, without kettle, microwave or coffee maker. Poor kitchen utensils - missing large mugs, medium-sized bowls, teapot. The promised WiFi internet connection did not work during our stay. Two rolls of toilet paper for 3 people and 5 days were also not very comfortable.
