The staff are very good and accommodating to our needs. The room with an ocean view and balcony was well appointed and comfortable. The linens were good and the bed just the right firmness. Breakfast was a good variety and tasty.

While the hotel has a pool we go to the area for the ocean. My thought is as a guest of the hotel on an extended stay 3+ nights beach chairs should be included with your stay. At least the sitting chairs, It's not an all day event...an hour swim and done a few times a day.

The building is very modern and new, nice design. Friendly staff. We got the room we booked with lateral sea view, which has both sea view and mountain and town. Asked for higher floor and it was kindly provided. Great solarium with view and jacuzzi ( could work a bit later too). Amazing breakfast- they had great croissant selection, and it was possible to order coffee from the bar too. Beach is near and really good. We travelled through Italian Riviera and it was one of the best places we stayed.

Nothing bad to say. The hotel is not entirely in the centre of the town, so it’s a bit of walk to all the restaurants. Train line is close, you need to cross it to get to the beach.

The location was perfect for us and the railway across the road didn't bother us at all. The underground car park was also an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could want. The rooms were spacious, well furnished with large balconies with sea view. My mother uses a wheelchair to move around and there was plenty of space in the room to accommodate it and the walk in shower was perfect for her. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I could suggest is a handrail to facilitate getting into and out of the pool in front of the hotel.

Cleanest possible hotel. The whole facility and surrounding grounds are kept pristine daily. The staff are excellent and friendly. The breakfast selection is very good and fresh eggs made to order were unexpected luxury for a four star hotel. The pool is clean, the beach is clean, the sea is 90% of the view from the rooms. The village centre is a ten minute leisurely stroll along the boulevard and there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. There are numerous excellent gelaterias and the village is pleasant and picturesque. A short drive down the coast are dozens of other lovely small towns should you get bored of the local one. The beds are also very good, even if you are 6’3 with a bad back. Even the 17m rooms provide enough space for two people and come with spacious balconies you can relax on, including enough decent chairs to enjoy the view in comfort.

Sound insulation towards the street and railroad and to the other rooms were great but somehow the door to the room is just a piece of plywood, so noises from the hallway penetrate very well, and vice versa. Not ideal if your room is right by the elevators and/or you wanted privacy.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from. The freshly made eggs and omelets were delicious and my daughter loved the cakes and croissants. The rooms are very clean, modern and new and the beds are very comfortable. We changed the room to have one with Seaview and the balcony there is big. The pools are nice too. The one on the rooftop is smaller but also nice. And the access to the beach is very close. All in all, a very lovely place to stay.

The parking downstairs costs extra but is better as it cools down the car and is easier with all the luggage. The balconies at the mountain view are very small.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel, clean, good furniture and good smell. The rooftop had an amazing view. I recommend to watch the sunrise and also the stars at night from the rooftop. The restaurant was great with delicious food and the staff were so gentle. It was my birthday and they made it so special.

On the menu of the the restaurant price was not shown but it was on average.

Exceptionally clean, great facilities with roof top pool and sun deck, as well as a larger pool on ground floor. Breakfast was great, with a lovely attention to detail. All the staff were accommodating and welcoming.

The beach club isn’t part of your stay, and is very expensive for a sun lounger. However, this does feel separate to the hotel and doesn’t diminish your stay at all.

Staff, breakfast, pool downstairs and little pool and solarium upstairs on roof! Breakfast is excellent. Beautiful view! Train noise does not bother too much most of the time but this is not a Quiet beachtown

Value for money - for August we paid double the usual price(150). Too much. The bed is not a real queen bed it is too small beds pushed together so you fall in in the middle. The blanket given for bed was also two small individual blankets which was very uncomfortable. After some loud complaining on our part, the staff finally gave us a normal size blanket for double bed.

The hotel was great overall. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Always fresh fruit, baked goods, spreads, yoghurt…... Omelettes made fresh, to order. The excellent windows held out most of the noises from outside. The rooftop terrace is a beautiful bonus.

To get to the beach, you have to walk through a very low (about 5’6” tall) tunnel, that has smelly waste water running under a metal grate. The hotel is also about a 20 minute walk away from the main part of town.

Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We also had dinner one time and it was great and not expensive.

The cocktails were a little watery.
