Nice and friendly staff. Availability of shared kitchen at ground floor is a plus. Free parking. Good location if you are wtih the car.
A little bit too expensive for the value given.

Staff was absolutely amazing, we speak English and had to use google translate and they were very patient. Also helped my jump my car off because it died, very great amazing people.

The location is quite far from city centre, but comfortably quite. It is unpractical to go to city centre by walk

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was welcome.
No breakfast. No owner/manager on-site after 9p.m and before 9a.m. Not clear where to leave keys if leaving before staff came on duty. Location not near any shops to get provisions

The staff was nice - they were responsive. Good to have free parking onsite. Shared kitchen downstairs is convenient. It looks like the pictures.
There was mold in the room, paper thin walls. Some lights were broken. We were only there because we needed one night in this area. It was overpriced because we were there the weekend of Lucca comics

Not too far from the bus. Reasonably clean Quiet
Ugly building located in a housing estate . Nowhere one could sit out A good 15 minutes to a bar /restaurants Totally soulless . In "lounge" area just practical chairs.No comfort whatsoever. Just like a Uni flat. No cleaning during my stay

Small showers, The smell in the hotel and the room was realy bad. We kept the windows open for atleast 1 hour. And this was in both off the rooms we got. The matras is WAY to soft. We slept with 2 people on one bed and we where rolling towards each other, my neck and back hurt realy bad and that was after 3 hours off sleep.

Kitchen availability, Wi-Fi was good
No cleaning service was provided, no lift available, we stayed for 3 days and the dustbins got full and towels were not replaced.. very uncomfortable and not worth the money…
