Super friendly and professional staff really made our stay incredible. Both spoke perfect English. All questions before arriving answered quickly and were super helpful. Staff were all happy and friendly wanting us to enjoy our stay. The room was ready for us on arrival and we were welcomed by extremely friendly staff. All the staff we came across speak perfect English. A bottle of sparkling wine was complimentary in the room, and due to celebrating a birthday balloons and chocolate were also provided. The room boats a large double bed, double shower and the luxury spa bath. Breakfast is provided via room service in the morning, arriving with croissants, pastries, orange juice, cereal, yoghurts and more. We only stayed the one night but we would 100% visit again, it was a 10/10 experience and it’s clear to see why this hotel is winning so many awards. Parking at the nearby public car park was extremely safe with a special €18 for 24 hours ticket provided by the hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff for providing us with such a fantastic stay!

One of the best hotels (B&B) in Pisa and one of the few which is truly luxury. The property is comprised of 5 rooms located 7 minutes from the central station and about 20 minutes from the tower. Staff is very kind and helpful, the hotel is very clean, and it includes all the toiletries you can possibly think of. Breakfast is simple but includes a fresh croissant and cake, biscuits, apple, yogurt, orange juice, cereal, water, jams, Nutella and honey, and coffee (including capsules with milk!) and tea which you can prepare yourself in the room.

We already knew the property has no lift and that breakfast is left in a tray outside the room, but most apartments don’t have table and 2 chairs to have breakfast. It wasn’t a problem for us because we had a private balcony with table and chairs, and It is true the property has seating in the garden, but carrying a tray full of food down the stairs may not be an easy task for everyone (unless you’re in the room downstairs). It’s not really a criticism but more of note which may be important for some guests.

breakfast ….. a voucher for a local cafe… we turned up sand stood in line with loads of school students …..we were told what we could not have and what we could …. no tray to carry our simple breakfast and drinks to a table that had just been vacated by some students heading off to lessons. We waited for the table to be cleared and cleaned…. never happened…. it was such a disappointment and such a negative on the accommodation … not a great start to our special vacation to celebrate with our daughter and husband.

Very stylish building and rooms, with an aromatic garden, well-equipped with comfortable furniture. Effective and efficient shower. Nice welcome, and the help with carting luggage up three flights of stairs was appreciated.

It was quite noisy. The hard surfaces meant that noise travelled up to the third floor easily from Reception, and the people in the room opposite us for some reason kept their door open a lot. We could hear children early and late. The minibar was very expensive-central Paris prices-and the breakfast was fairly average, although having a couple of sandwiches we could take on the train was nice.

The locastion is ideal, the aiport is 25-30 mins walk, and the city center is just around the corner. The hotel is very good and modern looking, very clean, the staff is super friendly. You get what you pay for. There is a lounge with free coffee and some snacks. Great stay, recommended for couples.

Some things could be better: (A) the breakfest is not that good, no cheese, no prosciutto and nothing warm. You get yogurt, Nutella, corn flakes, apples, crackers, juice, etc. (B) the yard could do some freshening up.

Beautiful suite, bathroom was huge! Big jacuzzi jet tub in the room. Lovely touches with slippers, robes, and toiletries. Central location, friendly staff, and nice amenities. The beds are so comfortable, and there are lots of pillows.

The only negative was the suite being on the same floor opposite reception. We could hear the staff coming in for their shift. Only a small groan and by no means did it ruin our stay!

The hotel is lovely and very conveniently located between the station and the old town. Irene was incredibly helpful - she welcomed us with cantucci and a drink, and helpfully made a few suggestions in terms of restaurants and things to do. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There are plenty of amenities and we felt very comfortable. Francesco was also really helpful when we left. Probably the best accommodation in Pisa!

Soundproofing is quite poor. We were woken up by the upstairs guest walking around the room at 6am, and hotel guests checking out, as we could hear everything from reception despite being on the first floor. The room was quite overpriced (even if very nice), but in line with prices in Pisa.

Firstly, I would like to really praise the hotel staff. We arrived earlier than expected and they were fantastic at accommodating us by giving us a list of local lovely restaurants and then storing our bags for us and then having our room ready for when we came back after lunch. We can't thank them enough. The location is very good for getting around Pisa, close enough to the airport and to the centre and with good amenities nearby. The suite was lovely, beautifully made up and also decorated with care. We loved our stay.

A beautiful hotel and with excellent staff... there was nothing not to like!

Stayed in two different rooms over a 2 night stay followed by a one night stay, all in the same week (separated by three days in Florence) and both rooms were beautiful, overlooking the gorgeous cabana and garden. An absolute pleasure and an incredibly welcoming reception each time from Francesco(?) who could not have been more helpful - she even insisted on carrying our heavy suitcase whilst we were out exploring the city! Without doubt, one of our favourite hotels anywhere in the world and if we ever return to Pisa we will definitely return to this oasis of beauty and calm. Fabulous work team !!
