We loved the view, the location, the gardens were immaculate and beautiful. The rooms were done very smartly in black and white. It was modern. We loved everything. The staff were so helpful too.

One small thing, they could have had more sunbeds with cushions around the pool instead of the designer wooden rocking ones as when it gets busy they are limited. Also the dinner was very expensive and not as good as it should have been for what we paid.

The hotel is beautiful! Facilities are modern and stylish. Pool is heated, which is great for May weather. Service is great, staff always very polite, friendly and helpful. Location is nice, 5 min drive from Porto Rotondo.

Deluxe sea view room was tiny. Very hard for the two of us to move around in the bedroom. Also, lack of proper storage area was disapointing, wardrobe was so small that only one of us could unpack! No space in the bathroom either. Had to keep make up and toiletries unpacked for 4 days, that was annoying. Kettle/ cafe area very awkward. No plugs nearby so we had to move the kettle every time we wanted to use it. No value for money there! Breaksfast is very average! Very small selection of cheese(only two types) bread and sweets. Nothing really tasty to be honest, a part from the coffee. Dinner is very overrated and overpriced. Small portions at skyrocket prices. Not for me.

Nice Pool area with confortable chairs, Breakfast Room well designed and above average Food Qualität. The complete staff was super attentiv and was working professionally. Our small dog felt welcomed as well. Enough Space for Parking.

Our Deluxe sea view Room was extremely Small, 21m2 maybe with Balcony & Shower Room. Funny light Concept, super bright lights no Small one. Price rather high.

Fantastic facilities, especially the restaurant and pool. Wonderful view from these areas and our room. Dinner at the restaurant was great quality. Room also lovely, comfortable bed and linen.

Minor thing not about the property itself but the seal on our shower door needed replacing. We didn’t mention this due to only staying 2 nights.

The position and the view of the property is fabulous. We loved the modern design and the small size of the hotel. The service and food were excellent. Many of the other luxury hotels in Costa Smeralda are faded beauties, this one is resplendent and fresh, highly recommend for discriminating travelers.

Outstanding in all aspects. Fine hospitality, great food, polite and friendly staff, clean, excellent accessibility to the room, nice pool, efficient gym area, great outdoor seating, beautiful terrace with comfortable out door furniture and last not least beautiful outdoor garden . The only thing I could suggest and recommend for them to think about is the bedroom and bathroom lighting. I didn’t find it correct. I know for fact I’m not the only one think like this. Lightning Practicality in bed room and bathroom is very very important. I will go back hopefully in low season when I could effort to stay longer. By the way the size of the regular rooms are small thats way we had to change to the suits.

The location and arrangement of this hotel makes it something special. They have a fewer number of rooms, so everything is a little more intimate. The view is stunning, especially in the few moments after sunset. The staff are attentive and personable, and the food is amazing, regardless of the time of day you are eating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will certainly be revisiting in the future!

I stayed at Sulia House for only 2 days but I had such an amazing time. Our room was perfect, the bed is so comfortable, everything is super clean and nice. Also the staff is so lovely and friendly. Breakfast with a view, I could have stayed there the whole morning.

The restaurant for dinner is very special - its not bad - the food is amazing but not like a typical restaurant where you can order a nice plate of Pasta :')

Property itself is very nice. Spacious rooms, not a lot of people , perfect chill time and not too far from Porto Rotondo . Good big comfy bed

Everything. Rooms not overly big but very comfortable and well appointed. Balcony was a nice area to watch the sun set behind the hills. Beautiful pool and surrounds made for lazing in the sun very relaxing. Staff were exceptional
